All teams advance to quarterfinals and will be seeded based on first-round standings. Each team earns 3 points for a win, 1 point for a draw. Tiebreakers (In order) are: head-to-head (only if just two teams are tied on points & faced each other in the first round), goal differential, total goals scored, then "fair play" points (accumulation of yellow/red cards, then coin toss.
