The RFP must be accompanied with a non- refundable fee of Rs. 10,000 (Rupees ten thousand only) as RFP document fee in the form of demand draft or banker’s cheque drawn on any Nationalized / Scheduled Bank in India in favour of Chief Accounts Officer, PW(R&B)Deptt Jammu payable at Jammu. The Applicant shall furnish as part of its Proposal, a bid security of Rs. 2,00,000/- (Rupees two lakh only) in the form of Demand Draft/Bank Guarantee issued by one of the Nationalized / Scheduled Banks in India in favour of the Chief Accounts Officer, PW (R&B) Deptt. Jammu payable at Jammu (the “ Bid Security ”).
