The Zamboanga Sibugay 1st DEO shall comprise the municipalities of Buug, Diplahan, Malangas, Imelda, Alicia, Mabuhay, Olutanga, Talusan and Payao. The Municipalities of Ipil, Kabasalan, Naga, Roseller T. Lim, Siay, Titay and Tungawan shall remain under the jurisdiction of the existing DEO, which shall henceforth be known as Zamboanga Sibugay 2nd DEO. Pending approval of the DPWH Rationalization Plan, the Zamboanga Sibugay 1st DEO shall be constituted and manned by appropriate personnel from the Regional Office and/or other offices of the Department as may be identified by the Regional Director of DPWH Region IX, subject to approval by appropriate official of the Department, CS Law and Rules and pertinent provisions of the Omnibus Election Code. The DPWH Central Office may also provide technical and planning support to the Zamboanga Sibugay 1st DEO as may be necessary. The initial cost to operationalize the Zamboanga Sibugay 1st DEO shall be charged against appropriate funds of the Department, subject to existing accounting and auditing rules and regulations. Succeeding funding requirements shall be included in the annual budget of the Department.

HIGHLIGHTS: 51 drill holes with a total meterage of 4,240 meters have been completed in a 3 Phase program since 2018 and include: Hole BLDH-18-302 intersected 9.985 g/t Au and 462.46 g/t Ag over 21.90 meters. Hole BLDH-18-304 intersected 8.491 g/t Au and 477.8 g/t Ag over 11.95 meters. Hole BLDH-19-313 intersected 10.73 g/t Au and 444.87 g/t Ag over 17.80 meters. A total of 347 drill holes with a total meterage of 38,295.10 meters have been completed since November 2005 and through to August 2020.     ZAMBOANGA PENINSULA PRIORITY PROGRAMS AND PROJECTS FOR RESOURCE MOBILIZATION December 2015 FOREWORD This document is the output of the Regional Development Council (RDC) IX Secretariat’s effort to push the development of the region by facilitating the identifi cation of the priority interventions that need the support of donor agencies, policymakers, particularly the region’s congressional representatives, national government agencies, and the Mindanao Development Authority. It is largely based on the submissions of ZamPen’s regional line agencies and local government units. Following a set of RDC-approved criteria, the projects identifi ed shall sail the region towards its vision of becoming the Southern Agri-Fisheries Corridor of the Philippines. This portfolio is anticipated to jumpstart resource mobilization as it equips a potential investor with the details of the region’s priority programs/projects. It shall be a living document, which needs periodic updating and monitoring. The continued concerted efforts among the RDC IX sectoral committee members and the Council itself are therefore fervently sought, in pursuit of regional development.
