APPLICATION FOR A GAMING MACHINE LICENCE

Notice is hereby given that the following applicants have lodged applications for Gaming Machine Licences as listed:

• Esvaldo Jardim Bettencourt t/a Cheeky Tiger - Hillbrow, 104 Banket, Catherine & Pretoria Streets, Hillbrow (5 Limited Payout Machines) • Khalilzad Investments (Pty) Ltd t/a Crazy Bets Randburg, Shop 12-16, Republic Place Shopping Mall, Randburg. (5 Limited Payout Machines)

• Khalilzad Investments (Pty) Ltd t/a Crazy Bets Bronkhortspruit, 33-35 Church Street, Bronkhorstspruit (2 Limited Payout Machines) ––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––– APPLICATION FOR ADDITIONAL GAMING MACHINE LICENCE Notice is hereby given that the following applicant has lodged an application for an Additional Gaming Machine Licence as listed: • Khalilzad Investments (Pty) Ltd t/a Crazy Bets Randburg, Shop 12-16, Republic Place Shopping Mall, Randburg. (10 Limited Payout Machines) The applications will be available for public inspection viewing on the website of the Gauteng Gambling Board from 26 August 2020. Attention is directed to the provisions of Section 20 of the Gauteng Gambling Act No 4 of 1995 (as amended) which makes provision for the lodging of written representations in respect of the application.

Written representations should be lodged with the Chief Executive Officer, Gauteng Gambling Board, Private Bag 15, Bramley, 2018, within one month from 26 August 2020 Such representation shall contain at least the following:

• The name of the applicant to which the representations relate: • The ground or grounds on which representations are made; • The name, address, telephone and fax number of the person submitting the representations; • Whether the person submitting the representations requests the Board to determine that such person’s identity may be divulged and the grounds for such request; and • Whether or not they wish to make oral representations at the hearing of the applicant.
