BOGO Ski Official Rules.Pdf Promotion Dates: Promotion begins January 2, 2018 and continues to April 2, 2019. Customer Offer: For every three (3) 10-gallon minimum in fill-ups of any grade of Irving Oil gasoline or diesel fuel purchased with a registered Irving Rewards card, the rewards member will receive a “buy one, get one free” all-day adult lift ticket offer sent to their e-mail address associated with the rewards account with instruction to redeem for Coupon. The rewards member can use the Coupon to purchase at participating ski resorts a “buy one, get one free” all-day adult lift ticket (buy one all-day adult lift ticket, get one adult or children all-day lift ticket free). Offer is valid Monday through Friday or Sunday through Fridays (depending on the participating ski resort), non-holiday, at participating ski resorts. Resort Obligation: The participating ski resort agrees that upon presentation of the Coupon, the participating ski resort will allow the purchase of a “TWO-FOR-ONE” all- day adult lift ticket during operations (MON– FRI) or (SUN–FRI), see chart below, NON- HOLIDAY (blackout dates: 1/20/19-1/21/19, & 2/16/19-2/24/19). Members will enter their unique code on a redemption website in order to receive a Coupon. Customers will present the Coupon to the participating ski resort with a valid photo ID corresponding to the name on the Coupon. Redemption Form Terms: 1. This Irving Oil Coupon is valid Monday through Friday or Sunday through Friday (depending on the participating ski resort), non-holiday (not valid 1/20/19- 1/21/19, & 2/16/19-2/24/19) through April 2, 2019 (or at the seasonal close of winter ski operations) at participating ski resorts when customers present the Coupon to the participating ski resort with a valid photo ID corresponding to the name on the Coupon. 2. Coupons may not be redeemed for cash, can only be used once and must be surrendered at the time of redemption. Lift tickets cannot be sold and are non- transferable. No cash value. 3. This Coupon and offer may not be used in conjunction with or in combination with any other promotional offers or discounts at the participating ski resorts. 4. Users of this offer agree to release Irving Oil, the Vertical Challenge LLC and participating resorts and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, divisions, affiliates, suppliers, distributors and advertising, promotional or judging agencies from any and all liability, claims or actions of any kind whatsoever for injuries, damages or losses of any kind to persons and property which may be sustained in connection with the receipt, ownership or use of this Coupon or while traveling to, preparing for and/or participating in any Coupon related activity. 5.
