COACHELLA, CA – (April 19, 2016) – Spotlight 29 Casino is proud to present The Old School Freestyle Fest featuring an incredible lineup of nine hit-making artists on Saturday, July 2 at 8 p.m. Tickets go on sale Friday, April 22 at 10 a.m. at www.Spotlight29.com. Spotlight 29 Casino’s Spotlight Showroom offers the premier entertainment experience in the Coachella Valley.

The star-studded evening is hosted by Candyman, and features the , Color Me Badd, , Tone Loc, C&C Music Factory, JJ Fad, Trinere and Nu Shooz.

Candyman was featured backing Tone Loc before earning his own solo stint that produced the chart- topping single “Knockin’ Boots.” Concertgoers will be on their feet when the Ying Yang Twins sing their popular party hits like “Shake,” “Salt Shaker” and “Get Low.” Color Me Badd has had a number of hit singles since debuting in 1991. Fans will remember “I Wanna Sex You Up,” “I Adore Mi Amore” and “All 4 Love.” Lisa Lisa is the former lead singer of the popular ‘80s group . Stroll down memory lane with such iconic songs like “,” “I Wonder If I Take You Home,” and “.” Tone Lōc, the rapper known for his deep, gravelly voice, had million-selling hit singles “Wild Thing” and “Funky Cold Medina.” Relive the ‘90s with C&C Music Factory and such recognizable songs like “Gonna Make You Sweat (Everybody Dance Now),” “Here We Go (Let’s Rock & Roll),” and “Things That Make You Go Hmmm…” JJ Fad (Just, Jammin’, Fresh and Def) was the first female rap group to earn a Grammy nomination with their hit single “Supersonic.” Trinere was a staple on the dance scene in the ‘80s and ‘90s and is known for classic freestyle music songs like “I’ll Be All You Ever Need,” and “Can’t Get Enough.” It will be more nostalgic ‘80s jams when Nu Shooz takes to the stage. Everyone will sing along with hits like the catchy “I Can’t Wait” and “Point Of No Return.”
