Legacies as Defined by Each NPC Sorority at Auburn
This list only tells which women are considered true legacies. Other relationships may be listed on the registration form because the sorority will want to know if there is a special relationship. Each sorority has its own policy about legacies in recruitment. Many of those are private. You may contact your sorority’s general headquarters to learn about yours.

Alpha Delta Pi: Granddaughter, daughter, or sister of a member.
Alpha Gamma Delta: Granddaughter, daughter, or sister of a member.
Alpha Omicron Pi: Granddaughter, daughter, or sister of a member. Step relations are considered legacies.
Granddaughter, step-granddaughter, daughter, step-daughter, niece, sister, half-sister, or step-sister of Alpha Xi Delta: a member.
Chi Omega: Daughter or sister of a member
Delta Delta Delta: Daughter, step-daughter, sister, or step-sister of a member.
Delta Gamma: Great granddaughter, granddaughter, daughter, and sister of a member, including step relations.
Delta Zeta: Great granddaughter, granddaughter, daughter, and sister of a member, including step relations.
Gamma Phi Beta: Great granddaughter, granddaughter, daughter, and sister of a member, including step relations.
Great granddaughter, granddaughter, daughter, or sister of a member. Step relations are considered Kappa Alpha Theta: legacies if the Kappa Alpha Theta relative considers them as such. Granddaughter, daughter, or sister of a member. Half and step relations are considered legacies if the Kappa Delta: Kappa Delta relative considers them as such.
Kappa Kappa Gamma: Great granddaughter, granddaughter, daughter, or sister of a member.
Great granddaughter, granddaughter, step– daughter, daughter, step-sister, half– sister, or sister of a Phi Mu: member.
Pi Beta Phi: Granddaughter, daughter, or sister of a member.
Sigma Kappa: Granddaughter, niece, daughter, or sister of a member.
Zeta Tau Alpha: Granddaughter, daughter, or sister of a member.
