Action Pending Index NYS Register/September 28, 2016 Action Pending Index ACTION PENDING INDEX The action pending index is a list of all proposed rules which are in the action pending index, use the identification number to currently being considered for adoption. Pursuant to the Financing Agreement (as hereinafter defined), the Authority has agreed to pay to, or for the benefit of, the Trustee the “MTA Financing Agreement Amount,” consisting of principal and interest components. Closing data provided lags approximately four weeks from actual closing dates, balancing the timeliness of the Snapshot 8 report with the completeness of the data set for the period and the accuracy of our analysis. 1 JUNE MONTHLY MARKET REPORT Summary Most Expensive Sales While the average sale price for Manhattan apartments dipped slightly in the four weeks leading up to May 1, there was a marked uptick in the number of sales. The average price for an apartment— taking into account both condo and co-op sales—was $1.8 million, down from $2.2 million in the preceding month. There were 880 apartment sales, a substantial increase from the 770 sales recorded in the prior month. AVERAGE SALES PRICE $47.8M CONDOS AND CO-OPS One57, #77 157 West 57th Street $1.8 Million 4 Bed, 4 Bath Approx 6,240 ft2 ($7,657/ft 2) The average price of a condo was $2.7 million and the average price of a co-op was $1.2 million.
