North Staffordshire Forest Plan 2019 to 2028 1 North Staffordshire Forest Plan 2019 to 2028 Summary The North Staffordshire Forest Plan (FP) summaries proposals by the Forestry Commission for the management of six woodlands, Big Bishops (352ha), Little Bishops (81ha), Burnt Wood (88ha), Tittensor (72ha) , Swynnerton Old Park (329ha) and Walton’s Wood (13ha). The plan area of 935ha lies 8km west of Stoke on Trent and 19km northwest of Stafford, with easy access from the M6 and local conurbations. The proposed management for each woodland will contribute to the landscape character area (Staffordshire Plain Regional Character Area 61) and landscape policy objectives through no loss of woodland cover, the restoration of former ancient woodland sites and the continued active management of woodlands in the landscape. The FP woodlands are largely (88%) ancient woodland sites now planted with conifers. Pine is the main conifer species covering 50% of the woodland area. Felling operations carried out over the last 25 years as the conifer crops have matured has created a diverse woodland structure across most of the FP and the transitional open space has created niche habitats for ground nesting birds and a wide selection of Lepidoptera have been recorded. The management plans objectives will be to grow commercial crops on a sustainable basis, gradual restoration of ancient woodlands, diversify further the forest structure through thinning and felling, increase deadwood habitats and the number of Trees of Special Interest (TSI) and maintain the public access. The principal ecological interest in the plan is associated with the transitional open space, ride sides and associated fauna. -

I found that in writing to constituents to provide details of how he might be contacted during the 5 Dissolution period the Member breached paragraph 15 of the Code of Conduct for Members. He did so by sending the letter to all constituents who had contacted him during the 2015 Parliament and by including text which was party political in tone and content. -

Februar 1984 betreffend das Gemeinschaftsverzeichnis der benachteiligten landwirtschaftlichen Gebiete im Sinne der Richtlinie 75 /268 / EWG ( Vereinigtes Königreich ) ( 84 / 169 / EWG ) DER RAT DER EUROPAISCHEN GEMEINSCHAFTEN — Folgende Indexzahlen über schwach ertragsfähige Böden gemäß Artikel 3 Absatz 4 Buchstabe a ) der Richtlinie 75 / 268 / EWG wurden bei der Bestimmung gestützt auf den Vertrag zur Gründung der Euro jeder der betreffenden Zonen zugrunde gelegt : über päischen Wirtschaftsgemeinschaft , 70 % liegender Anteil des Grünlandes an der landwirt schaftlichen Nutzfläche , Besatzdichte unter 1 Groß vieheinheit ( GVE ) je Hektar Futterfläche und nicht über gestützt auf die Richtlinie 75 / 268 / EWG des Rates vom 65 % des nationalen Durchschnitts liegende Pachten . 28 . April 1975 über die Landwirtschaft in Berggebieten und in bestimmten benachteiligten Gebieten ( J ), zuletzt geändert durch die Richtlinie 82 / 786 / EWG ( 2 ), insbe Die deutlich hinter dem Durchschnitt zurückbleibenden sondere auf Artikel 2 Absatz 2 , Wirtschaftsergebnisse der Betriebe im Sinne von Arti kel 3 Absatz 4 Buchstabe b ) der Richtlinie 75 / 268 / EWG wurden durch die Tatsache belegt , daß das auf Vorschlag der Kommission , Arbeitseinkommen 80 % des nationalen Durchschnitts nicht übersteigt . nach Stellungnahme des Europäischen Parlaments ( 3 ), Zur Feststellung der in Artikel 3 Absatz 4 Buchstabe c ) der Richtlinie 75 / 268 / EWG genannten geringen Bevöl in Erwägung nachstehender Gründe : kerungsdichte wurde die Tatsache zugrunde gelegt, daß die Bevölkerungsdichte unter Ausschluß der Bevölke In der Richtlinie 75 / 276 / EWG ( 4 ) werden die Gebiete rung von Städten und Industriegebieten nicht über 55 Einwohner je qkm liegt ; die entsprechenden Durch des Vereinigten Königreichs bezeichnet , die in dem schnittszahlen für das Vereinigte Königreich und die Gemeinschaftsverzeichnis der benachteiligten Gebiete Gemeinschaft liegen bei 229 beziehungsweise 163 . -

Discrete elements of the analysis, purely relating to supply, were completed beyond this point due to the limitations of lockdown. Executive Summary 1. This Economic Needs Assessment has been produced by Turley – alongside a separate but linked Housing Needs Assessment (HNA) – on behalf of Newcastle-under-Lyme Borough Council and Stoke-on-Trent City Council (‘the Councils’). It is intended to update their employment land evidence, last reviewed in 20151, and comply with national planning policy that has since been revised2. It provides evidence to inform the preparation of a Joint Local Plan, while establishing links with ambitious economic strategies that already exist to address local and wider priorities in this area. 2. It should be noted at the outset that while this report takes a long-term view guided by trends historically observed over a reasonable period of time, it has unfortunately been produced at a time of exceptional economic volatility. -

Inside This Issue: There can be little doubt that 2009 will be considered a watershed year for those of us who practise law in the communications and media sectors. The life of the Communications and Media Law Association (CAMLA) this year reflects the enormous challenges and opportunities 2009, A Turning Point the industries we serve now face. CAMLA’s year started with a presentation from the Minister for Broadband, Communications The Challenge of Outsourcing in and the Digital Economy, The Hon. Senator Stephen Conroy. The Minister advised a packed audience that the government had, at that point, not yet made any decision in relation to its the Current Economic Climate broadband initiative. Less than a week later, the government shocked many in the industry with its announcement that it would go it alone in building its National Broadband Network (NBN). ACMA v 2UE and the Public Much media space has since been devoted to an analysis of the government’s NBN proposal, Interest and subsequently its proposed legislation in relation to Telstra’s network separation. By the end of the year, many were focusing on the long term consequences of the NBN for content provid- Switching Channels and ers and for communications and media regulation generally.
