Jesse Ventura Berates Facist America Over Court Ruling 2011 One day after Jesse Ventura lost his legal challenge to airport pat-downs and full-body scans, the former Minnesota governor declared Friday that he will "never fly commercial again" and just might run for president so he can change passenger security measures. Ventura made his comments outside the federal courthouse in St. Paul, where in January he sued to challenge the Transportation Security Administration's (TSA) airport security procedures. The suit was thrown out because Congress set up the law so that all such challenges must be brought directly in Circuit Courts of Appeals, wrote U.S. District Judge Susan Richard Nelson. After getting a titanium implant in his hip in 2008, Ventura's suit said, he started lighting up airport magnetometers. At first, screeners waved a magnetic hand wand over him and sent him through. But last year, the TSA's enhanced screening procedures meant he had to go through invasive full- body scans or pat-downs, the suit added. The scans reveal too much and the pat-downs require a security officer to grope his body, "including private and sensitive areas," the suit read. "I will never fly commercially again," Ventura said to reporters Friday, adding that he hasn't flown since he was searched at the Minneapolis- St. Paul International Airport nearly a year ago. He complained that the federal courts are denying him constitutional rights, but said that he's unsure whether he will appeal Thursday's dismissal. "I want a trial by jury. They tell me I can have a jury decide my fate!" Ventura said. "If given a jury, I will win."He questioned whether he could trust a panel of three government-paid appeals court judges. But he left open the door, noting that he hadn't conferred with his attorneys yet. Ventura contended that the TSA's procedures treat passengers as guilty until proven innocent. "I will not, in a free country, be treated like a criminal," he said. Ventura added that he and his wife, Terry, intend to apply for Mexican citizenship and become dual citizens. The two have spent long stretches of time living in Mexico since he left office. He then zeroed in on longtime political reporter Pat Kessler. After pausing for effect, Ventura said maybe the only way to change the rules at TSA is to become president. Asked whether he was planning to run, Ventura responded, "I'm thinking about it." That's something he's done in previous election cycles, but he has never been a candidate for the White House. "Jesse's on a roll!" he quipped. Ventura, governor from 1999 through 2002 and earlier a pro wrestler as Jesse "The Body" Ventura, currently hosts "Conspiracy Theory" on the truTV network. His held up the press conference he called for a couple of minutes until his own crew could get set up. One reporter noted that Ventura had expressed security concerns while he was governor in the wake of the 9/11 terrorism attacks. "Don't even get me started on 9/11," Ventura responded. "George Bush said we were attacked because they were jealous of our freedoms. So we take away our freedoms so they won't be jealous anymore?" he said, incredulous. Reinhard Gehlen, an intelligence officer for Hitler's General Staff, was tapped to head the U.S. intelligence program in West Germany to spy on the Russians. At the same time, former Nazi scientists and engineers were welcomed onto American soil. But the extent of these operations is only now becoming clear: In 1998, a law was passed mandating declassification of documents concerning recruitment of former Nazis. THE CIA AND THE NAZIS examines these files to see how far the U.S. went in recruiting its former enemy to fight its new one. More on Project Paperclip, from Wikipedia: Operation Paperclip was the Office of Strategic Services (OSS) program used to recruit the scientists of Nazi Germany for employment by the United States in the aftermath of World War II (1939--45). It was executed by the Joint Intelligence Objectives Agency (JIOA), and in the context of the burgeoning Soviet--American Cold War (1945--91), one purpose of Operation Paperclip was to deny German scientific knowledge and expertise to the USSR and the UK. Although the JIOA's recruitment of German scientists began after the European Allied victory (8 May 1945), US President Harry Truman did not formally order the execution of Operation Paperclip until August 1945. Truman's order expressly excluded anyone found "to have been a member of the Nazi Party, and more than a nominal participant in its activities, or an active supporter of Nazi militarism." Said restrictions would have rendered ineligible most of the scientists the JIOA had identified for recruitment, among them rocket scientists Wernher von Braun and Arthur Rudolph, and the physician Hubertus Strughold, each earlier classified as a "menace to the security of the Allied Forces". To circumvent President Truman's anti-Nazi order, and the Allied Potsdam and Yalta agreements, the JIOA worked independently to create false employment and political biographies for the scientists. The JIOA also expunged from the public record the scientists' Nazi Party memberships and regime affiliations. Once "bleached" of their Nazism, the US Government granted the scientists security clearance to work in the United States. Paperclip, the project's operational name, derived from the paperclips used to attach the scientists' new political personae to their "US Government Scientist" JIOA personnel files.

One intelligence official, who would speak about the classified program only on condition of anonymity, said there was no resistance inside the C.I.A. to Mr. Panetta’s decision to end the program last month. “Because this program never went fully operational and hadn’t been briefed as Panetta thought it should have been, his decision to kill it was neither difficult nor controversial,” the official said. “That’s worth remembering amid all the drama.” Bill Harlow, a spokesman for George J. This is the result of hard-nosed investigative reporting by a team of CBS news journalists, and by one of the best foreign correspondents in the business, CBS`s Barry Petersen. Here is his report. (BEGIN VIDEOTAPE) BARRY PETERSEN, CBS CORRESPONDENT (voice-over): Everyone remembers what happened on September 11. Here`s the story of what may have happened the night before. It is a tale as twisted as the hunt for Osama bin Laden. CBS News has been told that the night before the September 11 terrorist attack, Osama bin Laden was in Pakistan. He was getting medical treatment with the support of the very military that days later pledged its backing for the U.S. war on terror in Afghanistan. Pakistan intelligence sources tell CBS News that bin Laden was spirited into this military hospital in Rawalpindi for kidney dialysis treatment. On that night, says this medical worker who wanted her identity protected, they moved out all the regular staff in the urology department and sent in a secret team to replace them. She says it was treatment for a very special person. The special team was obviously up to no good. “The military had him surrounded,” says this hospital employee who also wanted his identity masked, “and I saw the mysterious patient helped out of a car. Since that time,” he says, “I have seen many pictures of the man. He is the man we know as Osama bin Laden. I also heard two army officers talking to each other. They were saying that Osama bin Laden had to be watched carefully and looked after.” Those who know bin Laden say he suffers from numerous ailments, back and stomach problems. Ahmed Rashid, who has written extensively on the Taliban, says the military was often there to help before 9/11. AHMED RASHID, TALIBAN EXPERT: There were reports that Pakistani intelligence had helped the Taliban buy dialysis machines. And the rumor was that these were wanted for Osama bin Laden. PETERSEN (on camera): Doctors at the hospital told CBS News there was nothing special about that night, but they refused our request to see any records. Alexander Claud Cockburn (born 6 June 1941) is an American political journalist. Cockburn was brought up in Ireland but has lived and worked in the United States since 1972. Together with Jeffrey St. Clair, he edits the political newsletter CounterPunch. Cockburn also writes the "Beat the Devil" column for The Nation and a weekly syndicated column for the Los Angeles Times as well as for The First Post, which is syndicated by Creators Syndicate. Michael Gallagher (born c. 1958) was an investigative journalist for Gannett News Service. He joined the Cincinnati Enquirer in 1995, and reported and wrote an award-winning series the next year about problems with the cleanup of a uranium-processing plant. On May 3, 1998, The Enquirer published an eighteen- page section, "Chiquita Secrets Revealed" on Chiquita Brands International, the Cincinnati-based fruit company formerly known as the United Fruit Company and then controlled by Carl Lindner. The articles, written by Gallagher and Cameron McWhirter, charged the company with mistreating the workers on its Central American plantations, polluting the environment, allowing cocaine to be brought to America on its ships, bribing foreign officials, evading foreign nations' laws on land ownership, forcibly preventing its workers from unionizing, and a host of other misdeeds. Chiquita denied all of the allegations, suing after it was revealed that one of the newspaper's reporters had hacked into Chiquita's voice-mail system. A special prosecutor was appointed to investigate; the elected district attorney having accepted contributions from Lindner. On June 28, 1998, The Enquirer retracted the entire series of stories and published a front-page apology in which it announced that it had found Gallagher had lied about obtaining the voicemails from a Chiquita executive. It also paid the company a multi-million dollar settlement. (The Columbia Journalism Review would report both $14 million and $50 million for the amount.) Gallagher had been fired two days earlier, and later that fall pleaded guilty to criminal charges of unlawfully tapping into Chiquita's voicemail.[1] Editor Lawrence Beaupre was transferred to Gannett headquarters for not following the paper's fact-checking procedures. While Chiquita has never formally challenged any of the claims raised by Gallagher's articles, it reportedly persuaded the Securities and Exchange Commission to stop an investigation into the company's practices sparked by the investigation. In an article examining the Chiquita series, Salon.com said the "Chiquita Secrets Revealed" series "presents a damning, carefully documented array of charges, most of them 'untainted' by those purloined executive voice mails."

For the first time in history, Russian and American airborne forces will hold joint drills in the US. The anti-terror exercises scheduled for May 2012 will get off to a flying start with a tactical landing operation and “terrorist” camp raid. “This is the first time such an event is being held,” Russian Defense Ministry spokesman Col. Aleksandr Kucherenko stressed, announcing the plan. “The Russian airborne will contribute a special task group that will exercise with US special service weapons.” The drills were arranged by the Russian Airborne Command and a US military delegation in Moscow last December. Russian soldiers will receive preparatory training in Colorado’s Fort Carson with the US weaponry and equipment they are to use during the operation. The drills include parachuting, operation planning, reconnaissance, assault operations and evacuations by helicopter. “According to the exercise scenario, soldiers of the two countries will hold a tactical airborne operation, including reconnaissance of an imaginary terrorists' camp and a raid,” Colonel Kucherenko revealed. The drills will take place between May 24 and 31. But it’s not all work: on May 27, the Russian paratroopers will get a chance to unwind at a baseball game in Colorado Springs.

Award-winning journalist John Pilger investigates the discrepancies between American and British claims for the 'war on terror' and the facts on the ground as he finds them in Afghanistan and Washington, DC. In 2001, as the bombs began to drop. George W. Bush promised Afghanistan "the generosity of America and its allies". Now, the familiar old warlords are regaining power, religious fundamentalism is renewing its grip and military skirmishes continue routinely. In "liberated" Afghanistan, America has its military base and pipeline access, while the people have the warlords who are, says one woman, "in many ways worse than the Taliban". In Washington, Pilger conducts a series of remarkable interviews with William Kristol, editor of The Weekly Standard, and leading Administration officials such as Douglas Feith, Under Secretary of Defense for Policy, and John Bolton, Under Secretary of State for Arms Control and International Security. These people, and the other architects of the Project for the New American Century, were dismissed as 'the crazies' by the first Bush Administration in the early 90s when they first presented their ideas for pre-emptive strikes and world domination. Pilger also interviews presidential candidate General Wesley Clark, and former intelligence officers, all the while raising searching questions about the real motives for the 'war on terror'. While President Bush refers to the US attacks on Afghanistan and Iraq as two 'great victories', Pilger asks the question - victories over whom, and for what purpose? Naomi Klein (born May 8, 1970) is a Canadian author and activist known for her political analyses and criticism of corporate globalization. Klein was born in Montreal, Quebec and brought up in a Jewish family with a history of left-wing activism. Her parents moved to Montreal from the U.S. in 1967 as war resisters to the Vietnam War. Her mother, documentary film-maker Bonnie Sherr Klein, is best known for her anti-pornography film Not a Love Story. Her father, Michael Klein, is a physician and a member of Physicians for Social Responsibility. Her brother, Seth Klein, is director of the British Columbia office of the Canadian Centre for Policy Alternatives. Her paternal grandparents were communists who began to turn against the Soviet Union after the Molotov- Ribbentrop Pact and had abandoned communism by 1956. In 1942 her grandfather Phil Klein, an animator at Disney, was fired as an agitator after the Disney animators' strike, and went to work at a shipyard instead. Klein's father grew up surrounded by ideas of social justice and racial equality, but found it "difficult and frightening to be the child of Communists," a so-called red diaper baby. Klein's husband, Avi Lewis, also comes from a leftist background. He is a TV journalist and documentary filmmaker. His parents are the writer and activist Michele Landsberg and politician and diplomat Stephen Lewis, son of David Lewis, one of the founders of the Canadian New Democratic Party, son in turn of Moishe Lewis, born Losz, a Jewish labour activist of "the Bund" who left Eastern Europe for Canada in 1921. Klein and her husband live in Toronto. Klein spent much of her teenage years in the shopping malls, obsessed with designer logos. As a child and teenager, she found it "very oppressive to have a very public feminist mother" and she rejected politics, instead embracing "full-on consumerism."She has attributed her change in worldview to two events. One was when she was 17 and preparing for the University of Toronto, her mother had a stroke and became severely disabled. Naomi, along with her father and brother, took care of Bonnie through the period in hospital and at home, making educational sacrifices to do so. That year off prevented her "from being such a brat." The next year, after beginning her studies at the University of Toronto, the second event unfolded. The 1989 École Polytechnique massacre of female engineering students proved to be a wake-up call to feminism. Klein's writing career started with contributions to The Varsity, a student newspaper, where she served as editor-in-chief. After her third year at the University of Toronto, she dropped out of university to take a job at the Toronto Globe and Mail, followed by an editorship at This Magazine, the Canadian equivalent of the American magazine, The Nation. In 1995, she returned to the University of Toronto to finish her degree but left the university for a journalism internship before acquiring the final credits required to complete her degree. 2012 just started looking a lot like 2008 all over again. Controversial sheriff Joe Arpaio of Maricopa County, Ariz., declared President Barack Obama's birth certificate and Selective Service card fakes Thursday, according to the Washington Times. Arpaio says his investigators used law enforcement tools to test the authenticity of Obama's identity documents, working on their own time. While not accusing the president directly, Arpaio said his investigators' findings constitute evidence of fraud, forgery and other criminal offenses. Here's why Arpaio says the president's documentation doesn't pass muster: * The president's long-form birth certificate never existed in paper form, lead investigator Mike Zullo said, according to CBS News. He says Hawaii officials may have deliberately kept original 1961 birth records from being examined. * According to ABC News, Arpaio said the date stamp and registrar's stamp on the birth certificate appear to have been imported from outside sources. NPR explained the basis for that charge, saying the stamps were on different layers of the document and could be moved about in editing software. NPR said its own test did not find the document to be multi-layered. * A look a records for twins born at the same hospital as Obama one day earlier proved that there were microfiche records from the era, Arpaio told Phoenix New Times. Microfiche copies of the president's birth record have not been acknowledged to exist. * Arpaio said the there are inconsistencies in the text characters used in the long form birth certificate released by the White House. * The 1980 date on Obama's Selective Service registration card was created by cutting the date 2008 to read just 08 and flipping it to make the 80 portion of 1980, according to the Arpaio investigators. Zullo says the card "isn't just forged; it's poorly forged," according to NPR. * Arpaio's team also claims Immigration and Naturalization Service international arrival records for the month August 1961 contain a gap- there are no records for the week of Obama's birth, they say. Arpaio is subject to a federal grand jury investigation for abuse of power, unrelated to the birther issue, and several critics contend the beleaguered sheriff is seeking to draw attention away from his own legal problems with this investigation.

He emphasized that it was "a settled issue" because nobody ever "asked about his original birth certificate until a few weeks ago." Seriously? What the Obama Campaign posted in June 2008 was an image of a 2007 short-form birth certificate, creating both a conundrum and a Big Lie: The only way to "request and receive" a 2007 "short-form birth certificate in June 2008" is to forge one - or travel back in time. ERGO, Obama had no real birth certificate to show in 2008 but was elected after passing off a forgery as one. Now, in 2012, he expects to be re-elected in 2012 after committing identity fraud in 2008 and again in 2011 with a forged short-form birth certificate...and also a forged long-form birth certificate. Obama has never proven he was born in Hawaii. He is an illegal President and ineligible for re-election.

Nov. 13, 2011 Author of “Barack Obama & Larry Sinclair: Cocaine, Sex, Lies & Murder”, Lawrence W. Sinclair has died tonight near his home in Chattanooga in a purported car accident. It was apparently a hit and run. Police say the other driver got away and there was no sign of the other driver or his car. In a 2009 shocker, Sinclair revealed in his book stunning revelations about Barack Hussein Obama, including that he had had a gay lover in Illinois. Shortly after addressing the National Press Club in Washington, DC in 2008, Sinclair revealed that Senior Advisor David Axelrod spearheaded a vindictive smear campaign against him, while Vice President Joe Biden and his son Beau arranged for his arrest after the NPC speech. NAFTA was no accident by ill informed Americans who were somehow tricked or made a 'mistake'. Obama said that when elected he would make it his priority to get us out of the war. I believe that was his intention but alas we are still needlessly at war. The United States has no money of its own. Why did President Wilson regret enacting the Federal Reserve Act of 1913 waiting until near death to express this ? Why was the Federal Reserve Act of 1913 illegal? It was introduced for vote to Congress on December 23, 1913. A time when the majority of congressmen had already gone home for the holidays. Hence, there were not enough left in the Congress to make up a legal quorum (NAFTA also conducted in a similar fashion). This illegal privately bank owned institution has directed the financial policies of our country for almost a full century. The Federal Reserve is not a Federal Agency, nor arm of the Federal Government, yet it may as well be as the Federal Government will defend it over and above any US citizen or group of citizens. It is comprised of the heads of the most influential foreign banks and financial institutions not only inside but outside of America. There is hardly a 'US Dollar' it is just referred to it as such. If the U.S. was truly independent of globalist control, a true US Dollar could be created and our deficit could be solved almost overnight. If every person in America began accepting silver and gold as payment for goods and services, the very non American controlling powers that be, would cease to exist. There is no ownership of land. You are a tenant on your own land. The system is confiscatory by design once heirs cannot pay property tax. In 1604, a corporation called the Virginia Company was formed in anticipation of the imminent influx of white Europeans, mostly British at first, into the North American continent. Its main stockholder was King James I and the original charter for the company was completed by April 10th 1606. The Virginia Company owned most of the land of what we now call the USA. The Virginia Company (The British Crown and the bloodline families) had rights to 50%, yes 50%, of all gold and silver mined on its lands, plus percentages of other minerals and raw materials, and 5% of all profits from other ventures. The lands of the Virginia Company were granted to the colonies under a Deed of Trust (on lease) and therefore they could not claim ownership of the land. They could pass on the perpetual use of the land to their heirs or sell the perpetual use, but they could never own it. Ownership was retained by the British Crown. The original Organic American Constitution reads: “The Constitution for the united states of America”. The altered version reads: “THE CONSTITUTION OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA”. When Americans agree to have a social security number the citizens of the united states surrender their sovereignty and agree to become franchises of the United States (The Virginia Company of the British Crown).
