From 1988-1992 he averaged more than 11 points and 6 rebounds a game for the Portland Trailblazers as he helped the team reach seven straight NBA post-seasons including a NBA championships loss to the Chicago Bulls in 1997. Duckworth averaged 11.7 points per game in the NBA playoffs.
