Before the youngsters & parents know that you may be going, contact your GSL and DC for tacit agreement and then your ACC International for application forms. This at least 12 months before your trip.

Two of these: • Plan and run an international themed event or activity including either global nature of Scouting, role of World Membership Badge, international events in Scouting. • Be involved in planning and running an international trip for Scouts. • Support young people taking part in an international experience. • Establish or actively maintain a link and exchange information with a Scout Group outside of the UK. E.g. JOTI, pen pals, etc etc
