TERMS AND CONDITIONS :-

1) Sealed quotation should be submitted, addressed to "The Chief Manager (Admn). Barora Area, P.O.-Nawagarh, Dist.-Dhanbad, PIN-828306," before 29.07.2013 at 1-00 PM. 2) Estimated cost is Rs. 1,20,732.15 3) Earnest money @ Rs. 2% of the estimated value should be enclosed in the form of Bank Draft infavour of M/S BCCL, Payable at Dhanbad along with the Quotation. 4) VAT Number must be printed in your offer (Please submit VAT certificate). 5) Tender will be received upto 1-00 PM on 29.07.2013 and will be opened on the same date at 3-00 PM in presence of the perticipant's agencies present. 6) Closing of offer-29.07.2013 at 1.00 pm 7) Offer must be valid for 120 Days. 8) Delivery:- Within 30 days of receipt of purchase order. 9) Payment:- Will be made within 30 days of receipt & acceptance of materials at store. 10) Basis of price:- FOR BARORA AREA. 11) Only typed written offer must be submitted.

12 Zerox copy of PAN Card must be enclosed with the Quotation. ) 13) The sample can be deposited along with sealed quotation. 14) BCCL reserves the right to accept or reject the tender without assigning any reason thereof. 15) Tenderers should have atleast tree years of contineous experience of supply of similar items in any unit of BCCL (Purchase order should be enclosed).
