    El nombramiento en el oficio de cillero y recaudador de los diezmos del (V) Conde de Oropesa (1598) de Antonio Hernández, vecino de Caleruela. Autor: Antonio Camacho Rodríguez. Cilla de Baltanás (Palencia) Ayuntamiento de Oropesa, antiguo pósito. n el Archivo de la Nobleza de Toledo, en el fondo del Duque de Frías nos encontramos en la sección económica con documentos contables E referidos al año 1598 sobre las cuentas del Condado de Oropesa, y también aparecen denuncias por cortes de árboles, por ramonear, las tazmías de Navalcán y Parillas. Y la cuenta tomada al mayordomo del (V) Conde de Oropesa en el partido de Cebolla, y de las villas de Caleruela y Herreruela de las rentas del año 15981. Entre esta documentación, nos encontramos un documento notarial, en concreto una escritura de obligación signada por Miguel de León, escribano del número de Oropesa2 en contra de Antonio Hernández, vecino de Caleruela, y como su fiador Juan Jiménez de Pablo Jiménez, vecino de Caleruela. La existencia de cilleros y cillas en Caleruela ya la encontramos en la documentación eclesiástica de Herreruela, el 20 de febrero de 1569, en un decreto emitido en Herreruela de Don Álvaro de Mendoza y Sarmiento, Obispo de Ávila [1560-1577, nombrado Obispo de Palencia], en el pleito del pago del noveno entre las Iglesias de Herreruela y Caleruela, donde manda que se establezca el pago mitad por mitad del noveno; y que el cillero de Caleruela dé el medio noveno, para que lo depositen en la zilla de Herreruela y lo cobre el mayordomo de la Iglesia de San Ildefonso3.

Cáceres Resumen La Guerra de la Independencia española transcurre en medio de una etapa nada exenta de crisis económi- cas y demográficas. Tomándola como marco referencial, este artículo reflexiona acerca de esos eventos. Y lo hace para una muestra de pueblos enclavados en el norte extremeño. En esta muestra se analizan los com- portamientos de las variables demográficas (Natalidad, Nupcialidad, Mortalidad, Crecimiento Vegetativo…), especialmente los rasgos de las mismas en momentos de crisis. A la vez, se trata de poner de manifiesto que responsabilidad tuvieron las epidemias y el hambre ante dichos comportamientos demográficos. Y, sobre todo, se plantea el papel que jugó la guerra, cómo repercutió sobre todos esos aspectos. Palabras clave: Guerra de la Independencia española, crisis de mortalidad, epidemias, hambre, norte extremeño. Abstract The War of Spanish Independence passes in the middle of a stage not at all free of economic and demographic crises. Taking it as referential frame, this article reflects about those events. And it does for a sample of towns nailed in the frontier north. In this sample the behaviors of the demographic variables are analyzed (Natality, Marriage rate, Mortality, Vegetative Growth…), especially the characteristics of the same at moments of crisis. Simultaneously, one is to show that responsibility the epidemics and the hunger had before these demographic behaviors. And, mainly, the paper considers that played the war, how it repelled on all those aspects.

Su desarrollo se encuadra en el marco de la Ley 2/2007, de 12 de abril de Archivos y Patrimonio documental de Extremadura, que establece en su artículo 13.3. que las Diputaciones y los Ayuntamientos colaborarán dentro de su ámbito territorial con la Administración Autonómica en la defensa y conservación del Patrimonio Documental de Extremadura, adoptando, en el marco de lo previsto en esta Ley y en las normas que la desarrollen, cuantas medidas sean necesarias para evitar su deterioro, pérdida o destrucción. [email protected] 302/396 Received 2 September 2016; Accepted 3 March 2017 Abstract: For 25 years the rural development policy has been implemented through the LEADER Approach in the EU to reduce differences between rural and urban areas, as well as to satisfy the basic needs of the population. In this paper, Extremadura is analysed, which is a Spanish region where LEADER has been applied since its inception in 1991. The objective is to assess if the distribution of rural development aids has been influenced by the diverse demographic and socioeconomic realities that Extremadura presents from the analysis of variables that represent these realities on the territory through a GIS. Following this methodology, it has been noticed that the largest investments have been executed in the most developed rural areas of the region.
