As a part of ethical management and Clinical Manifestations of CORONA infection, the Government of Tamil Nadu hereby constitute an expert committee for treatment protocol for COVID-19 with the following members:-

2. The Expert Committee shall
i. continuously track the epidemic in the State and provide suggestions to prevent and control COVID-19. ii. develop treatment protocols for managing cases of suspects and those diagnosed with COVID-19 infection. iii. constantly review international literature available for prevention and treatment of COVID-19 infection and formulate guidelines for adoption in the State. iv. intimate and enable the conduct of clinical trials to develop protocols for treatment of infection.
3. The Government hereby directs the Heads of Departments to extend their full co operation to the committee. All the Government and Private Clinical Establishments may take guidance from the Committee in managing the COVID-19 patients.
