Your application seeking Environmental Clearance for the proposed IT/ITES Complex with MLCP Building with a total built up area 76,475.6 Sq.m by IWs. ASV Construction Pvt. Ltd in S.F.No. l53ll,l53l2,l53l3L &. l53l4A, Ramapuram village, , was received and scrutinized.

On scrutinizing the application, it was noticed that the project proponent has not furnished the following details:

l. Copy of Planning permission if obtained from CMDA/ Local Body (or) Receipt and copy of application submitted to CMDA/Local Body for the proposed project, indicating date of submission. 2. Copy of epproved Building plan if obtained from CMD NLocal Body (or) Receipt andcopy of B,rildirg plan if submitted to CMDA/Local Body for the proposed project for approval indicating date of submission. 3. Copy of Commitment letter from competent authority lbr supply of fresh water during operation phase and for the disposal of treated sewage into underground sewer line' 4. CopV of topo map for 5km radius & 10 Km radius highlighting water bodies such as Late,aayar River, catchment areas, forest areas, protected/wild life areas &ecological sensitive area, airports, marine ecosystem. 5. Conduci and fumish the traffic survey report to ensure the traffic requirement within the premises at the entry and exit as well as to the road connected to the entry and the exit during construction and operation phase. 6. Copy of certificate from the competent authority stating that the proposed construction for residential building at the proposed site does not encroach water bodies, catchment area, Drain area of the Lakes, Nallas, Tanks, Streams, etc. 7. Copy of flood occurrence certificate from the competent authority and inundation report shall be obtained from the PWD/Revenuc/local Body. 8. Copy of approval obtained from Fire Services and Rescue Services Department with reference to proposed emergency evacuation plans. 9. It was reported that the Project Proponent is proposed to have 450 KLD of STP. Hence, the Project Proponent is requested to submit the details of individual components of STP with design details along with adequacy report from the competent Authority. 10. Copy of structural stability certificate for the proposed project from an authorized Structural Engineer from the panel of Private Practicing Engineer under Class.la category by the District Collector under Tamilnadu Public Building Licensing Act 1965 and The Tamil Nadu Public Buildings (Licensing) Rules, 1966 along with copy of the District Gazette of the panel of Private Practicing Engineer under Class.la under Tamilnadu Public Building Licensing Act 1965 published by the concerned District. 11. Proposal for debris management plan as per construction and demolition rules 2016. l2.In the Form IA S.No.1.1 it was reported to fumish Maps of site location and surrounding features of the proposed site (within 500 Meters) and the site (indicating levels & contours) to appropriate scales. The Pro.iect Proponent has not furnished the same. Hence, the Project Proponent is requested to furnish the same. i3. The Project Proponent has not fumished the full details as requested in the Form IA viz S.No.1.6 Details of the quantities of earthwork involved, transport of fill materials from outside the site etc. S.No.1.9 Quantities of various types of wastes generated during construction including the construction labour and the means of disposal, S.No.2.9 & S.No.9.9. 14. Copy of Commitment letter from competent authority for supply of fresh water during operation phase and for the disposal of treated sewage into underground sewer line. 15. The project proponent has not furnished the flood management in the Disaster management plan. Hence, the project proponent is requested to furnish the flood management in the Disaster management plan. 16. Details of the Break up cost oltrMP Ior thc opcration phasc shall include thc cost oI power consumption, labour and consumables lbr each sub head, etc 17. The proponent shall furnish an affidavit in Rs.100/- stamp paper signed by the Project Proponent duly attested by the notary for the supply of fresh water during operation phase, Disposal of treated sewage, Disposal of solid waste management such biodegradable and Non - Bio degradable wastes, details of CSR Activity, Vacant site with photograph with date, proposed site does not encroach nearby water bodies/reserve forest/wetlands and liability for operation and maintance of STP for 10 years from the date ofoperation ofthe project. The Project proponent is requested to furnish the above said details by uploading the same through online & also to submil the hard copies of the same to this office at earliest. Also, you are requested to forward the copy of proposal seeking EC along with above requested details to all SEAC members both in hard and soft copy (List Enclosed) and to forward the proof of dispatch to SEIAA.
