Woodland Hills-West Hills Community Plan area for the proposed project consisting of the replacement of six existing commercial buildings with a new 165,759 square foot Costco (along with an adjacent fueling station), as well as a new and enhanced 278,985 square foot shopping center, 285,000 square feet of office space, a 193,000 square-foot, 275-room hotel, 53,635 square feet of new restaurants, 36,765 square feet of grocery options, 14,250 square feet for community space and 3,362 additional parking spaces; the Project is proposed to be built in two phases: phase 1 would include the Costco and 166,660 square feet of shopping center and retail uses as well as approximately 32,075 square feet of restaurant uses; and phase 2 would include the remaining 112,325 square feet of shopping center retail uses, 21,560 square feet of restaurant uses and the 275-room hotel for the property located at 6360 North Topanga Canyon Boulevard, 21700-21870 West Victory Boulevard, 21919-21945 West Erwin Street, and 6351 North Owensmouth Avenue.
