VlllARAIGOSA MAYOR Council File No. www.cityclerk.lacity.org 11-1980 CPC-2011-1051-DA February 17,2012 CD3 NOTICE TO PROPERTY OWNERS/OCCUPANTS WITHIN A 600-FOOT RADIUS The Los Angeles City Council will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, February 29, 2012, at approximately 10:00 a.m. or soon thereafter in the John Ferraro Council Chamber, Room 340, City Hall, 200 North Spring Street, Los Angeles, CA 90012, to consider an Environmental Impact Report and Errata, Mitigation Monitoring and Reporting Program, Statement of Overriding Consideraiions, and related California Environmental Quality Act findings, City Attorney report, Development Agreement by and between the City of Los Angeles and Westfield for a period of 15 years, and Ordinance authorizing the execution of an amended and restated develepment agreement by and between the City of Los Angeles and Westfield relating to real property in the Canoga Park-Winnetka-. Woodland Hills-West Hills Community Plan area for the proposed project consisting of the replacement of six existing commercial buildings with a new 165,759 square foot Costco (along with an adjacent fueling station), as well as a new and enhanced 278,985 square foot shopping center, 285,000 square feet of office space, a 193,000 square-foot, 275-room hotel, 53,635 square feet of new restaurants, 36,765 square feet of grocery options, 14,250 square feet for community space and 3,362 additional parking spaces; the Project is proposed to be built in two phases: phase 1 would include the Costco and 166,660 square feet of shopping center and retail uses as well as approximately 32,075 square feet of restaurant uses; and phase 2 would include the remaining 112,325 square feet of shopping center retail uses, 21,560 square feet of restaurant uses and the 275-room hotel for the property located at 6360 North Topanga Canyon Boulevard, 21700-21870 West Victory Boulevard, 21919-21945 West Erwin Street, and 6351 North Owensmouth Avenue.
