"Starstruck!" is a half-hour show that gives fans the chance to interview famous celebrities on television. Each week we select one lucky viewer to play Entertainment Reporter for a day and interview some of Hollywood's hottest stars.
The "Starstruck!" cameras cover it all, from traveling to the selected viewers' home to documenting the entire process as Entertainment Journalist Exan Auyoung prepares our guest for their job on the red carpet at a Gala premiere, an interview at a movie junket or behind the scenes on the set of a film.
Celebrity interviews include: Kate Winslet, Jim Carrey, Chris Klein, Dennis Quaid, Adam Sandler, Kirsten Dunst, Orlando Bloom, Queen Latifah, Vince Vaughn, Heath Ledger, Jennifer Aniston, Nicole Kidman and many more.
SEASON 1
Episode 1 - Karly meets Jim Carrey Sixteen year old JIM CARREY fan, Karly from Cobourg, Ontario gets on a plane for the first time to attend the Red Carpet Premiere event of ETERNAL SUNSHINE OF THE SPOTLESS MIND in Hollywood. Karly’s gets to interview KATE WINSLET, MARK RUFFOLLO and her dream comes true when she finally comes face to face with JIM CARREY himself.
Episode 2 - Jenn meets CSI Miami’s Brendan Fehr 19 year Old BRENDAN FEHR fan, Jenn Z goes on the set of THE LONG WEEKEND to conduct one-on-one interviews with AMERICAN PIE star CHRIS KLEIN and finally after 10 hours of waiting, BRENDAN FEHR. Was it worth the wait? You bet it was! Jenn was definitely STARSTRUCK!
Episode 3 - Ian meets Scott Thompson Elementary school teacher, Ian is surprised a work a told that because of his passion for celebrities, he has been invited to attend THE GENIES. Interviews include; SARAH POLLEY, DENYS ARCAND, RYAN REYNOLDS of VAN WILDER, SCOTT THOMSON of KIDS IN THE HALL fame and many more. Episode 4 - Yianice meets Dennis Quaid 24-year-old Yianice from the Bronx attends a sneak preview of THE DAY AFTER TOMORROW to watch her favorite actor JAKE GYLLENHAAL perform opposite DENNIS QUAID. The next day she attends the Star Studded Red Carpet event. Interviews include: Dennis Quaid, Emmy Rossum and director Roland Emmerich.
Episode 5 - Carrie at the MTV movie awards Carrie, a receptionist from Santa Monica, California attends the MTV Movie Awards' Red Carpet Gala event to see and meet some of the worlds biggest names in show business such as Tom Cruise, Kate Hudson, Paris Hilton, Snoop Dogg, Sharon Stone, Christina Aguilera and more. Interviews include: Brittany Murphy, Andy Dick, Shawn Ashmore, The Wayans Brothers, Kelly Hu, Missy Pyle and the Yeah Yeah Yeahs.
Episode 6 - Steve meets Kirsten Dunst Steve, an animator, Illustrator and Comic book Fanatic is flown to Hollywood to attend the biggest event in Supper Hero film history. The Spiderman 2 Gala Premiere. Steve's dreams come true with one on one interviews with Kirsten Dunst and Spiderman creator, Stan Lee.
Episode 7 - Rishi meets M. Night Shyamalan Academy Award nominated director M. Night Shyamalan gives directing tips to Rishi who is an NYU film student and huge M. Night Shyamalan. William Hurt, Sigourney Weaver, Joaquin Phoenix and Adrien Brody also stop to talk to Rishi at the world premiere of THE VILLAGE.
Episode 8 - Kassie meets Josh Hartnett Kassie has her life long dream realized when she gets a one on one interview with Hollywood heartthrob Josh Hartnett and the rest of the cast of Wicker Park.
Episode 9 - Aidan meets Tom Green Outrageous funny-man Tom Green takes his number one fan on a tour of the set of his latest movie co-staring Brooke Shields.
Episode 10 - Maja meets Orlando Bloom Maja gets Starstruck when she attends the Red Carpet Premeire and the press conference of 'Raven' and conducts one-on-one interviews with Hollywood Heartthrobs, Orlando Bloom, Kevin Bacon and Bill Paxton.
Episode 11 - Mary meets Martin Short A very emotional fan has her tears wiped away by infamous celebrity reporter Jiminy Glick (a.k.a Martin short) at the World Premiere of Jiminy Glick in Lalawood.
Episode 12 - Venessa meets Jimmy Fallon and Queen Latifa A fan takes a ride to New York city and attends The Red Carpet event of TAXI starring Jimmy Fallon and Queen Latifa.
Episode 13 - Andrea meets Jude Law and Mick Jagger Paris Hilton look-a-like Andrea, attends the World premiere of ALFIE in New York City and attempts to flirt with Jude Law. SEASON 2
Episode 1 - "Adam Sandler" Jeff, a waiter and huge Adam Sandler fan attends the St-Louis, Red Carpet Gala event of the Longest Yard to meet Chris Rock, Burt Reynolds and his Idol, Adam Sandler.
Episode 2 – “The BAFTA's from London” Julian, a factory worker attends the British Academy Film and Television Awards in hopes of meeting some of the world's biggest A-list celebrities. Interviews include: Martin Scorsese, Pierce Brosnan, Richard Gere and Super model Claudia Schiffer.
Episode 3 - "Sundance part 1" An aspiring film director fulfills her dream of premiering her short film at the Sundance film festival. Interviews include Keira Knightley, Adrien Brody and Pierce Brosnan.
Episode 4 - "Sundance part 2" Lucky fans David and Michael attend the Sundance Film Festival and interview Keanu Reeves, Marisa Tomei, Daniel Day Lewis, Kevin Costner and more.
Episode 5 - "Vince Vaughn" Catania's dreams come true when she meets Vince Vaughn and Owen Wilson at the New York world premiere of The Wedding Crashers. She also gets to interview the legendary Jane Seymour on the star studded red carpet.
Episode 6 - "Brad and Angelina" Starstruck! doubles the fun and takes a lucky fan to the World premiere of Mr & Mrs Smith, starring two of Hollywood's most beautiful celebrities; Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie.
Episode 7 - "Batman" A Batman fan flies to Hollywood and attends the Red Carpet Gala Premiere of "Batman Begins" and has the chance to interview the star studded cast of the film. She also gets to see Tom Cruise make a special appearance.
Episode 8 - "George Clooney in Venice" One excited fan from Belgium gets the incredible chance to experience the World Famous Venice Film Festival for a one-on-one interview with George Clooney. She also attends 2 press conferences to interview her favorite star, Heath Ledger.
Episode 9 - “Heath Ledger” A fan is Starstruck! at the Toronto International Film Festival. Interviews include a Red Carpet moment with Jake Gyllenhaal and a One on One with Hollywood Hunk, Heath Ledger of Brokeback Mountain.
Episode 10 - “The Lost City” A Fan originally from Miami, the same hometown as actor Andy Garcia who is also of Cuban descent gets the incredible chance to sit down for a one on one Interview and chat with his favorite actor about his directorial debut of The Lost City. Episode 11 - “John Cusack” A Huge John Cusack fan is flown from Pheonix to Cusack’s home town of Chicago to attend the World Gala Red Carpet Premiere of ICE HARVEST, also staring Billy Bob Thornton.
Episode 12 - “Nicole Kidman” A fan who has never been on an airplane, overcomes her fear of flying and travels to New York city to attend the world premiere of Bewitched, starring Nicole Kidman, Will Farrell, Shirley Maclaine and Michael Caine.
Episode 13 - “Jennifer Aniston” “FRIENDS” #1 fan Natalie is surprised in her home and then whisked off to Hollywood to interview Jennifer Aniston on the Red Carpet.
