Researched refrigerant line and determined refrigerant line is not available from manufacturer. Fabricated new line from · 5052-0 aluminum tubing .500 inch OD and .035 inch wall thickness and double flared in accordance Landmark Aviation ORF _ LA-ORF-025 Procedures Form. Installed refrigerant line P/N Landmark-ORF S1627-074. Evacuated system and serviced with 2.5 pounds R-12 refrigerant and leak checked. No leaks found. Performed engine run and operational checked normal. Work performed IAW Landmark Aviation FQCS Procedures, AC43.13.1 b and Cessna 421 B Service Manual Section 2. f 2. Resoldered wire on left alternator noise suppressant capacitor as required. Operational check good.

1 Complied with an Annual Inspection IAW the procedures of FAR 91.409(a)(1) and CFR Part 43, Appendix "D" as a guide and was determined to be airworthy condition. 2 Installed new placard PIN 5217566-6 in the aft baggage section IAW Cessna 4218 Aircraft Flight Manual. 3 Fabricated new placards to state "Fuel Tank and Sump Drain "& "Fuel Strainer Drain Daily" and installed adjacent to fuel sump valves and strainer on LH and RH Wing IAWCessna 4218 MM Section 2. 4 Removed RH fowl weather window PIN 5111603-6, SN unknown and replaced with PMA approved Perkins Aircraft Services RH fowl weather window PIN PAS5111603-6, SIN 17390 IAW Cessna 4218 MM Section 3. 5 Inspect fittings and found both '8' nuts on the back of the oil pressure gauges to be slightly loose. Secured fittings as required and performed ground run-up. Leak check and operational qheck normal. 6 After inspection of the door striker pins it was noted that no defects were present. The "play'' in the strike pins is a normal characteristic of the assembly. No further action taken. 7 Inspected RH cabin card table and found the upper hardware to just be loosely attached to the wall fastener. Secured hardware and found no further defects with the card table. Work performed IAW Cessna 4218 MM Section 3. 8 Inspected damage to longeron under the center floor just inboard of the co-pilot seat and found small crack resulting from wire bundle adel clamp being pulled out. Performed repairs cold working deformed metal back in to shape and installing fabricated double PIN Landmark-ORF-51815-86 constructed of 0.040" 2024 T3 aluminum, using CR3213-04-02 Cherrymax rivets. Double alodined and primed prior to installation. Work performed IAW Cessna 4218 MM Section 13 and AC 43.13- 1(b) Section 4 . 9 Removed leaking check valve from LH wing leading edge just outboard of the nacelle and replaced with new PIN S2218-1 IAW Cessna 4218 MM Section 11 . Fuel leak check good. No leaks noted. f'ioioressed small areas of corrosion present aft of LH exhaust near flap and treated area with alodine and primer. Painted touched up to match. Work performed IAW W eessna 4218 MM Section 2. 11 Accessed LH and RH tip tanks by defueling LH and RH wings and opening top fuel cap access plate and AFT tank access plate. Removed old sealant from around the dome nuts in tip tank and resealed as required with PR1440 81/2 IAW Cessna 4218 MM Section 11 . Cleaned debris from tank and closed tank using new gaskets PIN 082340046 and PIN 0823400-175. Fueled aircraft and performed leak check with no leaks noted. 12 Inspected LH aileron and noted deformations in the skin and aft rib. Removed LH aileron PIN 5024000-65 and trim tab and replaced with serviceable PIN 5024000- 65 from Preferred Airparts Inc., using original trim tab. Cleaned, repainted and balanced LH aileron prior to installation. Work performed IAW Cessna 4218 MM Section 2 and Section 5. 13 Installed new LH and RH 18 flap actuator bolt cover PIN CM2692-36J1S and painted to match IAW Cessna 4218 MM Section 2. 8 Accessed and inspected skin on RH outboard upper wing surface and found skin and under lying gusset to be damaged. After parts were found to not be available, it was advised to fabricate a patch and gusset to perform the repair. Fabricated a gusset PIN ORF-S1815-87, .025" 202413 Aluminum and doubler P/N ORF-51815-88 out of 0.040" 2024 T3 aluminum and installed using rivets 2 each PIN CR3212-5-2, 2 each PIN CR3212-5-3 and 2 each PIN CR3212-4-3 Cherry Max Rivets. Work performed IAW Cessna 4218 MM Section 16 and AC43.13 Chapter 4, Section 4. 15 Received Micro Vortex Generators Spares Kit PIN 5020, cleaned area and installed one new vortex generator PIN 1001 on RH wing in the location of the missing vortex generator IAW Micro Aerodynamics 4218 Micro Vortex Generators Spares Kit Instructions. Painted VG to match IAW Cessna 4218 MM Section 2.

Received serviceable PIN 5024000-2 and inspected. Transferred original static discharger to serviceable aileron - and balanced. Installed RH aileron and performed operational· check . Ground Run-up and operational check nomal. Leak check good with no leaks noted. 22 Inspected LH and RH propeller control fevers and found LH prop control cable to be dry and required lubrication. After cleaning and lubrication, the LH propeller control operational check was normal. After inspection of the RH propeller control system, it was noted that the cable was dry and required lubrication as well as the propeller governor was extremely difficult to actuate. Lubricated RH propeller cable and removed RH propeller governor PIN DCDFS290O7A/T 4 , SIN 741123 sent RH propeller governor to New England Propeller for repair. Received and installed RH propeller governor PIN DCDFS290O7A/T4, SIN 741123 after repair by New England Propeller Service CRS#RC2R130L, under WO#CR-40506. Wort< completed IAW Cessna 421 B MM Section 10-6.

23 Inspected LH mixture control cable and linkage and determined the reason for excessive force being requried to actuate the mixture controls was due to inadequate lubrication.Cleaned, lubricated and actuated LH mixture cable and linkage and found operational check normal. Wort< performed IAW Cessna 4218 MM Section 2.

Ground Run-up and operational check nomal. Leak check good with no leaks noted. 29 Replaced broken static wick on rudder with new PIN C592001 -0201 IAW Cessna 421B MM Section 6. 30 Accessed and inspected dent in the RH leading edge and found damage to be negligible IAW Cessna 4218 Section 16. 31 Removed RH brake caliper and disassembled, cleaned and inspected. Found debris and dirt had damaged the packings and allowed to leak Repla~d packings with new PIN MS28775-132, reassembled, and bled brakes IAW Cleveland PIN 30-100 CMM and Cessna 421B Section 4. Received and inspected repaired rudder tab PIN 5133015-1 and found to be servicable. Cleaned, prepped, primed and painted rudder trim tab, transfer static discharger from old tab and installed on exsisting rudder. Fabricated balance fixture and balanced rudder and tab assembly before reinstalling on aircraft and installed on aircraft. Work performed IAW Cessna 421B MM Section 7.

34 Removed LH Engine Fire Extinguisher PIN 30111102, SIN 00424A1, removed discharge squib and shipped to Aerospace Turbine Rotables Inc. for 5 Year hydrostatic test. Received fire extinguisher PIN 3011 1102, SIN 00424A 1 from Aerospace Turbine Rotables Inc, CRS# NV2R045L under WO# W048169, inspected, and installed squibs and reinstalled left engine fire extinguisher in aircraft. Work performed IAW Cessna 421B MM Section 13-88. 35 Removed RH Engine Fire Extinguisher PIN 30111102, SIN 07441A1, removed discharge squib and shipped to Aerospace Turbine Rotables Inc. for 5 Year hydrostatic test. Received fire extinguisher PIN 30111102, SIN 07441A 1 from Aerospace Turbine Rotables Inc, CRS# NV2R045L under WO# W048167, inspected, and installed squibs and reinstalled right engine fire extinguisher in aircraft. Work performed IAW Cessna 421B MM Section 13-88. 36 Complied with AD 2000-01-16 "Cracks and Corrosion In Exhaust System" Part (b) visual inspection and Part (e) pressure test of the exhaust system on Left Engine. Replaced exhaust to waste gate gasket with new PIN 24096-300N, Part (b) due again (each 50 Hours) at ACTT 6053.5 or Hobbs time 272.6. Part (e) due again (each 100 hour or 12 months) at ACTT 6103.5 or Hobbs time of 322.6 or Jan. 2015. Part (c) due 412016. 37 Complied with AD 2000-01-16 "Cracks and Corrosion In Exhaust System" Part (b) visual inspection and Part (e) pressure test of the exhaust system on Right Engine. No defects were found at this time. Part (b) due again (each 50 Hours) at ACTT 6053.5 or Hobbs time 272.6. Part (e) due again (each 100 hours or 12 months) at ACTT 6103.5 or Hobbs time of 322.6 or Jan. 2015. Part (c) due 212015 .. 38 Replaced left prop deice brush holders with 2 each new PIN 840012 IAW Cessna 4218 MM Section 13-68. 39 Removed tail beacon cleaned and lube gearing and motor. Reinstalled and operational checked good. 40 Repaired high amperage indication on prop deice amp meter by cleaning amp meter shunt, replaced prop amp meter terminals and cleaning all connections. Operational checked normal. Work completed IAW Cessna 4218 MM Section 13-88.
