Diese Bachelorarbeit nimmt Bezug auf diese Entwicklung und beschreibt die Jugendarbeit im deutschen Profifußball. Am Beispiel des TSV 1860 München wird eine erfolgreiche Nachwuchsförderung vorgestellt.
