Tennessee 106th General Assembly - Resolutions Index Subject Description Resolution Number Budget Procedures Authorizes transmittal and filing of legislation that makes the budget by SJR0751 4:00 p.m. on Monday, February 8, 2010. Authorizes transmittal of the state budget document for fiscal year 2009- SJR0044 2010 prior to the close of business on Tuesday, March 31, 2009. Constitutional Amendments Adds new provision to Article I to provide that nothing in Constitution of SJR0127 Tennessee secures or protects right to abortion or requires the funding of an abortion; states that the people retain the right through their elected state representatives and state senators to enact, amend, or repeal statutes regarding abortion, including, but not limited to, circumstances of pregnancy resulting from rape or incest or when necessary to save the life of the mother. As introduced, proposes an election of the people for the purpose of SJR0030 determining whether Article XI, Section 13 of the Constitution of Tennessee should be amended to establish the right to hunt and fish, subject to reasonable regulations and restrictions prescribed by law.
