Red Hood stands out from some of the other Batfam GN as having far more colour. I had no idea this had a small crossover with the 'Court of Owls' storyline so that was a nice surprise. I don't know what it is about this series I love so much. Too bad too many people got turned off by the way Starfire is presented in the first volume. After the certain trauma of Red Hood's reintroduction to the Joker, it will be interesting to see what the new creative team will do with the characters and story--we still have the small matter of the Untitled running around, and we still have yet to see what an Arsenal-centered story might look like for the Outlaws. Roy expresses delight to be part of a team, and Jason does his best to shoot down his positivity. Once the plot gets some focus it's suppose to be about kori however roy explains everything that is going on, he speaks for kori which is just odd let the woman speak she can kick ass and melt a bunch of shit whilst giving her pov thanks roy. There are representations of race, gender, sexuality, and identity in the costuming of superheroes that impact how the audience perceives the characters. Because of the association between iconography and identity, the superhero costume becomes linked with the superhero persona (for example the Superman “S” logo is a stand-in for the character). However, when iconography is affected by issues of tokenism, the rhetorical message associated with the symbol becomes more difficult to decode. Since comic books are sales-oriented and have a plethora of tie-in merchandise, the iconography in these symbols has commodified implications for those who choose to interact with them. When consumers costume themselves with the visual rhetoric associated with comic superheroes, the wearers engage in a rhetorical discussion where they perpetuate whatever message the audience places on that image.

I’m good at multitasking and I’m always working on multiple things at same time, so if I’m stuck with one thing, I just move on to another one. I wish I would respond this question by saying that I go out biking or for a walk or to the beach, but in reality that never happens. I’m very good at focusing on my work when I’m at the studio. I hardly ever leave even for food. Once I’m at the studio, I’m there working for like 8 hours straight—no breaks. How do you avoid burnout? I don’t. I always work to the max. But I do have rules. I arrive early at my studio everyday around 8am and leave max at around 6pm. I don’t work on the weekends. My cell is always on silent even when I’m at the studio. I don’t answer or check my phone after I get back home from the studio. And if I go away for holidays I never work. I don’t take my computer and avoid my phone as much as possible. So if I’m away I’m really away, no work. How do you nourish your creative side when you aren’t working? Doomsday takes Steel and departs from the scene. After defeating Eradicator and his teammates, Doomsday flees the Superman: Reign of Doomsday with his body. The Cyborg Superman emerges from Boodikka's body and reveals that Doomsday has Superman: Reign of Doomsday for him. Supergirl arrives and aids Cyborg Superman against Doomsday, but Doomsday overpowers them both and teleports away with their bodies. Doomsday subsequently attacks Superboy. Superboy is overwhelmed, and Doomsday teleports to a large Superman: Reign of Doomsday spacecraft on the ruins of New Krypton. With Luthor defeated, Superman finds his allies trapped in a pocket dimension within a satellite. Superman attempts to free his allies, only for them to discover the inert body of Doomsday, as well as three separate clones - each Superman: Reign of Doomsday a different powerset designed to specifically make them capable of eliminating the Superman they were sent after. Steel notices Doomsday is beginning to regain his brain activity when they are attacked by the Doomsday clones. The heroes are met by another Doomsday clone, Doomslayer.
