Project Description In May 2014, Prime Minister of P.R., Mr.Li Keqiang proposed initiative of "Sino-African Regional Aviation Cooperation Program"while visiting Africa.Through all-round cooperation between China and Africa, the program has set forth a solid basis to boostcommercial aircraft exports, joint venture operations, aviation infrastructure construction, personnel training, etc. and further strengthens development of African regional aviation industry.

Considering practical needs of African countries and regional aviation organizations, also from managerial and technical training perspectives, China’s Ministry of Commerce initiates multilateral communication and cooperation with African partners in the fields of airworthiness certification, industrial development, aircraft maintenance, dispatch service and cabin crew training. Based above mentioned proposal, the Ministry of Commerce manages to hold "Seminar on Aviation Technology Management in Developing Countries" during "Sino-African regional Aviation Cooperation Forum" in June and July of 2015. The forum plan to invites senior aviation officials from African countries to carry out communication-oriented meetings, promoting China's cooperation with developing countries, specifically African countries, and creating conditions for cooperation and provide aviation talents as needed.
