Following directions are issued by Hon'ble DB-II in urgent mentioning matters w.e.f. 14.10.2011: i) No urgent mentioning shall be entertained, except at 10.30 A.M. ii)Urgent mentioning shall be entertained only in respect of matters of Detention and Personal Liberty and matters which cannot brook delay till the normal next day of listing. It has further been directed by Hon'ble DB-II that urgent mentioning shall be entertained only in such cases which are accompanied by duly filled in “Form For Urgent (Mentioning) Cases For Listing/Accommodation” in duplicate. Such forms can be obtained from window No.4 of the Filing Counter with effect from 24th November 2011. A Specimen of the form is available on the website under the heading “Download”. 2. Regular Matters listed before Hon'ble DB-III will be heard subject- wise and day-wise in the following manner:- i)Criminal Matters(Part-I)--------Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday ii)Income Tax Matters(Part-II)--- Wednesday 3. There is no item No. 17 in the Cause list of Hon'ble DB-III. 4. Hon'ble DB-V shall be comprising Hon'ble Mr. Justice Anil Kumar and Hon'ble Ms. Justice Indermeet Kaur to hear Admission & After Notice Misc. Matters. After DB matters are over, Hon'ble Ms. Justice Indermeet Kaur will sit singly to hear single bench matters listed before her Lordship. 5. All Admission/After Notice Misc. In the Lok Adalat pending settleable cases will be taken up. Parties interested in getting their matters considered for the Lok Adalat may approach the Delhi High Court Legal Services Committee. N O T I C E Reg. Destruction of Unclaimed Certified Copies prepared till 31st May, 2011 and Applications for Supply of Certified Copies(Under Objection) for the period i.e. from 1st June, 2010 to 31st May, 2011. Advocates/Litigants are requested to kindly contact Copying Agent at the Certified Copy Filing Counter on any working day to collect the certified copies prepared till 31st May, 2011, lying ready for delivery pursuant to the application made during 1st June, 2010 to 31st May, 2011. However, the said certified copies, if not collected by 24.12.2011, would be destroyed in the first week of January, 2012, without any further notice and the amount deposited for such attested copy shall stand forfeited in view of Rule 10A added in Ch.5-B, High Court Rules & Orders Vol-V, published in the Delhi Gazette on 01.09.2009 and as per the receipt issued for supply of Certified Copy, which contains a note that “in case the attested copy is not collected within 120 days from the date of its preparation, it will be destroyed and the amount deposited for such attested copy shall stand forfeited”. The Advocates/Litigants are further requested to contact Administrative Officer (Judicial), Copy'A' in Hall No. 4, Basement, Extension Block of the High Court of Delhi on any working day to collect the applications made for supply of Certified Copies during 1st June, 2010 to 31st May, 2011 which are lying under objection. However, the said applications, if not collected for removal of objections, by 24.12.2011, would also be destroyed in the first week of January, 2012 and the amount deposited for such attested copy shall stand forfeited.
