The purpose of the Joint Task Force is to enhance Arizona's business friendly profile and to make our tax system fairer for the average taxpayer. The Task Force will explore ways of reforming Arizona's existing personal in system in order to create a .simple, predictable and transparent system for all Arizona taxpayers. The Task Force shall submit a report to the President of the Senate and the Speaker of the House of Representatives on or before December 31,2013.
