Are you an unofficial member of the Bored with Cooking Club? Mildred Hudson is a member of the Bored with Cooking Club and wants to share a true family favorite with YOU! This week’s selections are a combination of two complementary recipes that we knew you would enjoy! The first recipe, Bethany Barfield sent to us after her Bunko club raved about the recipe. They wanted a copy and she knew our readers would enjoy it , too! So many men and women love to cook but hate the hassle often associated with prepar- ing a truly tasty meal. With the weather warming up, we knew that one step closer to an easy meal is getting out of the kitchen to prepare it, so we chose a grilled main course to recommend with the Cheesy Pineapple Salad sent in by Bethany. And nothing is more delicious with pineapple than ham or pork!
