The session is being conducted only for merit-based option/selection of centre of learning. 2. Document verification will be carried out later on after the conclusion of the session and payment of admission fees for the respective centre of learning and after the commencement of classes. 3. Option for Centre of Learning, once exercised, cannot be changed in any case in future unless a candidate gets the chance of up gradation based on merit, against any vacancy, created later on. 4. All the eligible candidates as per the provisional merit list who intend to study 3-year LL.B. (H) Course of Studies for the Session 2020-2022 offered through multiple centres of learning should compulsorily attend the session as per the above schedule. In case a candidate is unable to attend the session he/she should send his/her authorised representative to attend the session. 5. If any candidate/ or his/her authorized representative fails to turn up on the stipulated date and time, he/she will not be considered for admission in the later stage. 6. Once the merit-based selection of option of centre of learning is completed, payment link for payment of the requisite admission fees will open through the online link that will be available on the university website (www.buruniv.ac.in) from 28.02.2020 to 03.03.2020. Candidates should log on to payment portal by inserting SP Transaction ID provided alongwith their name. 7. As per the reservation rules vide Govt. Order No.: 07-Edn (U)/1U-89/13.- dated. 2nd January, 2014 “for admission to different courses, an SC or ST candidate getting admission should have obtained in the previous examination; qualifying marks not lower by more than 25% of the marks obtained by the last candidate of the general category.” Page 1 of 18 8. Seats are limited and will be available on the basis of merit and hence, mere participation in the session does not ensure seats to the candidates as number of seats are lesser than the number of applicants. The session for merit- based option/selection of Centre of Learning will be stopped/closed once the seats based on approved intake are filled-up based on merit. 9. All the candidates are advised to follow the notifications before attending the session for merit-based option/selection of Centre of Learning. Candidates are also advised to follow our website (www.buruniv.ac.in) for update and notification on the vacancy position after the completion of the scheduled session. 10. If a candidate is found, before or after admission, not having the minimum eligibility of admission, then university will have the right to cancel his/her admission without taking responsibility of refund of his/her admission fees. Candidates not possessing the minimum eligibility of admission need not proceed or submit or upload their pending academic detail. 11. Seats remaining vacant, if any, after the expiry of payment period will be filled up through a second phase which will be notified after the completion of admission of the candidates enlisted in the first phase. 12. Classes at the different centres of learning will commence on and from 04.03.2020 for the candidates who have taken admission during the session for merit-based option/selection. These candidates should report to their respective centres with the e-receipt of their admission Fees. 13. Payment of admission Fees is to be made through Net Banking/Debit Card/Credit Card/Offline bank Challan generated through online process. 14. Candidates should ensure the generation of e-receipt of successful payment generated in the online system or SMS sent from SabPaisa to their registered mobile no. or through email to their registered e-mail id of Payment Success. Please remember that the receipt of SMS from own bank may not ensure successful payment to the designated bank account. 15. The university will not take the responsibility of any payment failure caused due to network problems. 16. ALL ADMISSIONS ARE PROVISIONAL. The mere fact that any name has been published in the provisional merit list does not by itself ensure admission of the candidate concerned unless his/her original credentials are found in order at the time of verification of documents. The University also reserves all rights to drop or to include any name, if any suppression of facts on the part of the students, any mistake on the part of the University or any error in the system-generated data is detected at any stage before or after the admission. 17. If a candidate is found, before or after admission, not having the minimum eligibility of admission, then university will have the right to cancel his/her admission without taking the responsibility of refund of his/her admission fees. Candidates will be enlisted based on the merit-based selection/option of centre of learning (BU campus and affiliated colleges) and on the basis of the approved intake of the respective centre of learning. 19. All the selected candidates will have to produce and submit self-attested photocopies of all testimonials including the marksheets and relevant certificates on the date of document verification, failing which their admission will be cancelled.
