PLEASE BE AWARE!This is a draft proposal that hasn’t yet been given the full go-ahead by Morning Star Studios. (In other words, this is only an internal project so far; we’ve been working on it but without a guaranteed future for it.) We have created this document to showcase some of our ideas as fan service to those who’d like a sequel to Outlaw Star. We’re interested in fan input.

Bandai Visual has less strict policies about content than , the latter of which matters can be quite long-winded with. Therefore we can just say we’re hoping we can work something out with . For now, let’s consider it as something fun we’re working on independently.

This story occurs three years after the events of the Galactic Leyline. In the Oracion System, Fred Luo is aboard a transport ship when a terrible accident occurs! Dead or alive?! This is a crisis. The status of Fred is unknown. Gene learns what has happened and disregards his current priorities to investigate this. What really happened to Fred?

In his travels, Gene makes a new friend, and Jim meets a young girl aged fourteen. Nonetheless, there is some conflict, and Gene and Jim have different ideals. Where is the line drawn for pledges and promises? Keep in mind that this plot is a temporary proposal. The meetings have not yet proceeded, and thus, no final decisions have been made.

There will soon be an extensive effort to make these plans and the proposal apparent, and make sure more staff oversee the project. Our company is currently taking a casual approach to the project and nothing is set in stone; it could be a couple of years until media is released. Keep in mind that the project is Morning Star Studios’ responsibility. Please do not contact Sunrise. This project is in very early planning stages. In the past we have worked with Sunrise. However, we are currently trying to liaise with .

Fred Luo exits sub-ether in his transport ship and arrives at the Oracion Star System. Soon after reaching his destination, Fred expresses his disappointment; “These Oracion System people from the Links group just say I am poor, and insist I’m only offering bribes for men.” His two bodyguards awkwardly nod.

The scene changes and a Starwind & Hawking Enterprises billboard is in view. However, much of the information has been crossed out and a painted police notice is next to it requesting the seizing of such advertising, with an attached phone number: “CALL 4510 855A”. The Starwind & Hawking business is shown with even more notices in leaflet form. “Hawking” is battened making it more noticeable than “Starwind”.

Gene Starwind watches a television report that panics him, stating that Fred Luo’s spacecraft mysteriously exploded with no intel as to whether Fred is alive or dead. This is where the story begins.
