Performing Arts & Event Center Groundbreaking On October 21, 2015, the City broke ground on the new Federal ECRWSS Way Performing Arts & Event Center Residential Customer (PAEC), located on the corner of 316th S. and the newly named Pete von Reichbauer Way S.
