The Declaration of Awareness The Declaration of Awareness must be signed by each rider and presented by him to the Sign‑On official for the start of Stage 1. Failure to do so will result in the rider not being allowed to start. The Medical Data Request Form The Medical Data Request Form should be returned to the Medical Representative present at the Sign‑On venue. Completion of the form is optional although it is in the riders’ interest to provide the information. Details on the form will remain confidential to the medical staff. 4 RACe InFoRMAtION Riders, team drivers and race officials are advised that Medical Services roads for AN POST RÁS are not closed to other traffic. The function of race stewards at road junctions is to indicate direction; responsibility rests with the rider/driver to decide whether the movement is safe. Riders are advised to study the stage finish maps and be aware of the intricacies of each finish so as to exercise all due caution. Please note the mileage for each stage was completed by motor car speedometer and not GPS The race takes place on roads which vary from well‑surfaced dual carriageways to poorly surfaced winding narrow roads. Riders are advised that potholes and distressed surfaces will be encountered during the course of the race. To enable prize money to be electronically transferred to visiting teams, team managers are requested to provide the following information; Receivers Name, Receivers IBAN, Receivers Bank SWIFT address/BIC. This information should be supplied to the Race Organiser at the team managers meeting following Team Registration. Neutral Service Teams will equip race neutral service vehicles. Equipment received from race neutral service vehicles must be returned to the appropriate crew immediately after the stage finish. Loss or damage to equipment must be reported to service crew at the stage finish.
