Y Llywydd: Cyn symud at fusnes heddiw, The Presiding Officer: Before moving to gwnaf ddatganiad byr. Daeth i’m sylw y today’s business, I will make a short statement. bu—am reswm na wn amdano—fwy o It has come to my attention that—for a reason geisiadau yn ddiweddar am ganu’r gloch cyn that is unknown to me—there have been more pleidleisio nag a welwyd yn flaenorol.
