THREE EASY STEPS TO THE PERFECT FIT
Here’s how you can find the perfect fit with the ASC concept for every athlete quickly and easily:
1. ANALYZE
There are five different analysis devices to choose from that determine the foot type, length, width and other data concerning athletes' feet. From the three-dimensional representation of both feet using the BD 3D Scanner VANDRA and the easy to use Podoscope through to the quick and easy- to-use Feet View, we offer the following devices for foot type analysis: BD 3D Scanner VANDRA, BD Podoscope, BD Feet View, BD Measuring Gauge Brannock (length and width measurement).
2. SELECT
Once the foot type has been determined, it is easy to find the right insole and suitable Power Fit Socks and foam liners. Choose the product that is going to meet the athletes’ requirements for their sport or activity, whether it’s skiing, snowboarding, hiking or running, and so on. Once the specific BD products have been selected, they can then be customized to the individual customer.
3. CUSTOMIZE
Regardless of whether they’re Step-In, 3-Arch or 3D, all BD insoles are thermally moldable and can be fitted precisely to the foot of an athlete through heating.

BD 3-ARCH CONCEPT THE FAST SOLUTION
You can cover all sports with three models with three different constructions for the various foot types. Follow the simple foot type analysis steps and select an insole of the three models in LOW, MID or HIGH Arch. Insert the insole into footwear and you’re finished! Individual fitting can be offered as an extra service that ensures customers get a fit that is 100 % perfect. The wide range of insoles guarantees the STEP-IN INSOLES right insole for every foot type.
LOW ARCH 3D INSOLES
The arch is incapable of cushioning, thus reducing the spring in the wearer’s step or running motion. Displacement of the bones involved
(e.g., buckling of the ankle bone, heel bone) can cause strain on tendons and ligaments. This leads to static imbalance. The BD LOW Arch footbed helps to prevent overpronation. POWER FIT SOCKS
MID ARCH
The layout of the bones, tendons and ligaments reflects the theoretical LINERS FOAM norm. The pressure below the foot is distributed over the 3 main support points: heel (20 %), big toe base joint (17 %), small toe base joint (13 %).
A BD MID Arch footbed offers optimum pressure distribution for this type of foot, while stabilizing and cushioning at the same time. ANALYSIS & FITTING
HIGH ARCH
The long-arch is too high, thus reducing the contact surface. High medial
and lateral arches are typically caused by shortening of the tendon MATERIALS FITTING structure or high muscle tension. These changes of the foot shape cause friction and pressure points when wearing shoes. A stressed tendon
structure is often found throughout the body in this case. A BD HIGH Arch
footbed ensures comfortable, even pressure distribution for this foot type. MARKETING

NEW & SMART BOOTDOC PACKAGING FUNCTIONAL AND COLORFUL
The new packaging has been totally reinvented. Sustainability, function and durability where the main key facts for the new SMART packaging of BOOTDOC. The packaging for insoles and power fit socks is now made STEP-IN INSOLES out of paper from responsibly sourced materials which is certified by the FSC organization (www.fsc.org). The paper has to meet certain criteria in terms of sustainability and other facts to be certified.
We ensure durability by an extra thick paper and a finish coating so the packaging also looks
nice after being opened several times.
The SMART part of the packaging is the Click-Fix system that allows the front panel to be opened a closed
without having to remove any flaps. Thus limiting any damage to the packaging in order to see the product. 3D INSOLES Also the J-hook hanging system allows for the easy removal and return of boxes from the back rows of the
hang peg. The sizing on top allows for easy identification of size.

FOAM LINER FITTING INTRODUCTION 1 After the BD foot analysis, place the finished insole inside the liner. Ensure that the liner is sitting perfectly inside the ski boot shell. If there are any problem areas around the customer’s foot, stick some of the
material supplied over them. Now attach BD toe caps to the customer’s forefoot and pull the nylon stocking on over the toe caps and socks. STEP-IN INSOLES 2 Help the customer to slide their foot into
the ski boot. The customer should pull the loops at the side, so that the foot sits
comfortably inside the ski boot. Tie the laces on the liner tightly. For perfect pressure distribution, adjust
the microbuckles so that they are in 3D INSOLES the same position on each boot. Buckle
the boot and ensure the customer confirms that both ski boots feel the
same. ATTENTION: Undo the buckles again now and leave them in the preset position!
3 POWER FIT
The customer should stand with the feet hip-width apart on the foaming platform. SOCKS

Pour the contents of the smaller bottle into the large bottle. Put the lid on the bottle and shake it vigorously for five seconds. LINERS 5 FOAM Open the bottle and screw it onto the plastic connector of the liner
while holding it upright. Now squeeze the contents of the bottle into the liner. Customer should move gently (flex) during the foam process. ATTENTION: Only work one boot at a time, never both at the same time!
6 ANALYSIS & FITTING As soon as the foam has reached the forefoot area, buckle the boot, starting
at the bottom. Start with the first buckle MATERIALS and work your way up to the fourth buckle. Now secure the power strap. ATTENTION: Avoid moving the ski boot around while the foam is setting up! Next carry out the same process on the FITTING other foot. After eight minutes, the customer can step down from the foam platform and unbuckle the boots, and remove the laces. Help the
customer take the foot out the liner. 7 Tear off the foam tubes on the back of the liner and remove the laces, if this is requested. If necessary, attach the spoiler plate to the back of the liner. After three minutes, the customer can slide the foot back into the MARKETING ski boot. Buckle the boot using the normal pressure and check the fit and buckle position. The customer should stand in the boot for another five minutes. Check the fit. If everything is sitting perfectly, the foam liner is ready.
