Updated Vacancy Announcement Number Not Showing in Announcement Preview without Editing Step 5 NTIS# 2553/2671 JIRA# ER-1720 Module: New Recruitment Request > Workflow Step 1 (Recruitment Request) and Step 5 (Vacancy Announcement Template) When creating an announcement and updating the announcement number in workflow step 1 before posting, the announcement number within the preview page was not updated to reflect the current announcement number unless a user edited Step 5 Vacancy Announcement Template. 1. Create a New Recruitment Request. 2. Complete workflow steps 1 to 5. 3. Click the “Preview USAJOBS Job Ad Content” link and verify the Vacancy Announcement Number. 4. Updated/Removed Incorrect/Unused E-mail Merge Fields NTIS# 2538 JIRA# ER-1722 Module: Applicant Pool > Actions > New Email Several email merge fields were either incorrectly mapped or not used and needed to be removed from view. The USAJOBS Official Position Title merge field was replaced with the Official Position Title. The following fields have been removed: Vacancy Fields Reference C Occupational Series (FWS), C Occupational Series (GS), C Pay Grade, C Pay Plan, C Pay System, Job Highlight 1 Merged, Job Highlight 2 Merged, Job Highlight 3 Merged, Job Keywords, Job Overview Merged, Job Reference System Fields Reference Access Protocol Task Fields Reference Process Name, Task Details, Task Name, Task URL Merge Fields are available in e-mail templates that may be accessed from within the Applicant Pool. 1. Access the applicant pool of any announcement and select an applicant. 2. Configuration of E-mail templates and associated Series and Grades will be managed by Acendre Support. On rollout, this functionality will only be configured on in the FSIS instance for Series 0701 at Grades 9/11/12 and Series 1863 at Grades 05/07. 1. In FSIS.TS, post a Vacancy at one of the following series and grade combinations: a. 0701 – 09/11/12 b. 1863 – 05/07 2. You will need to re-cancel this vacancy announcement again”. 1. Create new or Copy an announcement with an ampersand (&) in the Vacancy Announcement Number. 2. Post to USAJOBS. 3. Access the Vacancy Dashboard of the posted announcement. 4. Locate “Vacancy Announcement” under Position Information, click the Cancel link. 5. Fixed Applicant Pool Issue Where Resubmitted Application with Screened Out Series/Grade Showed as Eligible NTIS# 2806 JIRA# ER-4463 Module: Applicant Pool When an applicant applied to a multi-graded Announcement and was screened out at least one grade, edited their application without changing any question responses, and resubmitted their application, the Applicant Pool incorrectly showed their previously screened out series-grade combination as the lowest eligibility category with a score of “0.” 1. Apply to all grades of a multi-graded announcement and answer a screen out question incorrectly for at least one grade. 2. Return to the Back End and confirm the grade for which the screen out question response was selected has a correct Applicant Pool status of “Screened Out.” 3.
