The transportation proposal for removing contaminated soil involves 142 truck trips per day for a three-year period. These trucks are expected to have vehicle weights of up to 80,000 pounds and will traverse some of the most high-traffic arteries in the area, including Topanga Canyon Boulevard, Roscoe Boulevard, Valley Circle Boulevard and Plummer Street.
