Post-Show Report 2016 POST-SHOW REPORT 2016 BIG CROWDS. BIG SUCCESS. Thousands of homeowners converged on the Pennyslvania Convention Center for two weekends of shopping at the 2016 Philly Home Show, making it a must-attend event again this year. With ideas in mind and money to spend, visitors eagerly walked the show to gain inspiration and meet with 306 exhibitors and experts to discuss their projects. Here’s a recap of the exciting marketplace these buyers experienced. 49,500 TOTAL ATTENDEES 98,048,170 PAID IMPRESSIONS DID YOU KNOW? • 53,880 UNIQUE visitors browsed our show website in the 30 days prior to the show. In this new role, Clark will oversee The Inquirer’s features department, the copy desk, news desk, graphics, photo and Inquirer.com. Escobar will lead the Metro desk, business news, health and science, the investigative team, and he will work closely with those teams responsible for further developing the company’s digital strategy. “These promotions guarantee our commitment to readers that we will provide the best news report – in print, online, social and mobile – in our region,” said Bill Marimow, Editor, The Philadelphia Inquirer. Clark has successfully served as Inquirer Deputy Managing Editor since 2011, leading the print and digital coverage of arts, entertainment, and features. Many special sections reporting on cultural institutions in Philadelphia, including The Franklin Institute and The Barnes Museum, were initiated and published under the direction of Clark. Additionally, Clark is responsible for newsroom operations, managing numerous contracts with The Inquirer’s syndicates and wire services. She also guides web strategy as editor of Inquirer.com, leading the inaugural launch of the website in April 2013. Clark was recruited to The Inquirer from the University of Kansas by Inquirer Associate Editor Emeritus Acel Moore. Clark took a six-year leave to serve as a Peace Corps volunteer in West Africa and also worked as acting country director/administrator for Africare/Mozambique.
