Agenda Action point 1 Update on monitoring visits and activities for February and March: , , Pang Wa, Pang Mati, Hka Garan- , Sadung, Lawa

Tanai: Tanai mission report has been circulated to all cluster partners on 26 of March 2019. Need of Circulate the report along NFIs and solar lamp had been identified. with the meeting minute. Coordinate to respond as Chipwi and Pang Wa : per need.  Unexploded Ordnance (UXO) is still in the Lhaovao Baptist Church (LBC) ( No action yet from Government or Northern Command ), OCHA has already submitted report to Border Affair Minister but no action taken from the Ministry.  Shelter funded by ICRC funded are completed in Chipwi area ( 50 Units in Chipwi KBC camp and 20 Units in the Lhaovao Baptist Church (LBC)  27 Individual shelters completed by NATALA in Pangwa Area for Pangwa IDPs camp  DIFIN is planning to provide 10 shelter units in Chipwi KBC camp  MRCS will provide 11 individual shelters in Ma Gaung for IDPs in Chiwpi Area

Pamatee  KMSS will approach DDM and ask to speak with PaMaTi GAD together to identify the actual KMSS to follow up with list of IDP households to further proceed with assistance/support. Once list and number of DDM. IDPs is confirmed, PaMaTi to be included in CCCM IDP data (as IDPs in host, camp, or whatever relevant category)

Hka Garangyang (Sumprabum)

 10 HHs are staying in a communal hall in the church compound while others are in makeshift Coordinate for NFIs and shelters. All need NFIs and solar lamps. solar lamps. KMSS to  KMSS will conduct an assessment in Hka Garang Yang and share detail information facilitate he transport.  Obtain a clear list of IDP households at the site to enable assistance delivery and recording for future solutions. CCCM to include the camp like setting to the Sadung CCCM list through  85HHs/474population ( 255M + 219F) are living in GAD Office building, Sadung Cluster Analysis Report.  20 acres of Land has been identified by GAD for resettlement  DDM will facilitate for intention survey as well as camp profile in April UNHCR to conduct camp profile exercise in Lawa Sadung

 48HHs/220 population to be resettled in the new site, 9.05 Acre, facilitated by DDM. To share the way forward  KMSS & UNHCR to support for shelters received from DDM.  ICRC – WASH cluster to provide WASH related  ICRC – MRCS to provide livelihood  DDM to provide NFIs  WFP to provide and coordinate for food package.

2 Updates on camp profile round 9 exercise To coordinate with all Camp profile round 9 Questionnaire and database training has completed in 3 locations as below cluster/sector lead to 1. 27-28 February in (UNHCR office) finalize the reporting 2. 4-5 March in ( UNHCR office) template for round 9. 3. 19-20 March in Lashio ( UN Compound) Camp profile exercise round 9 timeline is as below:  Briefing of questionnaire: Lat date 20 March 2019  Exercise period: 21 March – 30 April  Data Entry/Compile: 1 May-10 May

 Data Clean and Finalization: 10 May-15 June

3 Agency Update

WFP Distributed 3 months assistance package to the new 15 households, who moved to Ngwe Pyaw PaLaNa Resettlement village in 2019. 3 out of 18 Households are not eligible for 3 months assistance package because they are not WFP’s beneficiary since the beginning. The distribution was delivered by KMSS- Myitkyina team as one-off distribution on 26 March 2019.

ICRC  No shelter plan for 2019, Will focus on WASH in 2019  Planning to responds the WASH issue in all camps in Tanai (assessment ongoing)

KMSS-Myitkyina Yarthitkone ( moved from Tanai AG camp)

 Received letter with subject of request to support IDPs in Yarthitkone site  Also requested to be listed in CCCM list and need support for Camp management as well  At present KMSS Myitkyina is supporting Child protection and Metta is supporting for Food assistance and will continue until December 2019

Pa Dauk Myaing(Pa La Na)-II Need to be circulated to  No electricity yet in the camp all cluster partners.

KBC Namti Labraw Yang KBC Camp

 All shelters (112 units) completed in new site Detail follow up with  Around 30 HHs will move to new site in April. Remaining families will move once the Shalom WASH activities is complete.

 Since the new site is Farm land, there is probability of flash flood, also drainage system as well as graveled road needed. Fencing is needed too. KBC to request solar  Electricity is needed ( meanwhile to request solar lamp from agency for the families those lamps from partners for will move to new site

Qtr. 2 Myoma Baptist Church IDPs from Namti Lambra  10 shelters completed Yang.  WASH will started from April Si Oo/ Je Oo  All shelter (15 units) completed with MHF fund  WASH is needed Le Kone Bethlehem Church  50 Shelter Units will be constructed with UNHCR budget  WASH to be supported with UNICEF in April Salang Yang, Sumprabum KBC to request for uncovered funding  Some budget already available for timber to rebuild shelter that damaged due to storm, however the funding is not enough for all shelter. support for shelter Tat Kone San Pya Baptist Church construction in Sumprabhum  Movement plan will start in April

 Church already found a land near Myitkyina Theological colleague, Thi Win, Tatkone quarter

 Budget available for 32 shelter units, Communal hall and WASH related activities  Shelter team ( UNHCR and KBC already visited the site)  Fencing, electricity will be needed

Maw Hpawng Lhaovo Baptist Church  Camp movement plan to Htoi san ( Maw Hpawng area) planned for December 2019  Church wanted to build church related building and requested CMA to relocate IDPs to new location ( church has identified the land, the shelter and WASH to be constructed from MHF funding) Further discuss between CMA and Cluster

Maina AG Church Shalom to meet the  There agreement was made with the church that IDPs were allowed to stay in the compound Church leader to discuss until 2020. Because of which Church is not allowing o renovate any shelters in camp. IDPs the issue. were worried where they will going to stay after 2020. Hkat Cho  Still ongoing process of discussion on identification/buying of land between IDPs CMC and GAD Metta

 Metta is providing monthly School Transportation fees for each IDP Student living in Tanai COC and Yawrthitkone. Shelter gap reported from NGCA Further follow up to be Woi chyai done by CMAs.  104 New shelter units needed Hpum Lum Yang  34 Units needed renovation 300 New shelter units needed and requested to support with two barrack type

4 AOB WFP  WFP distributed rice at Namti 4 IDP camps on 27 March 2019 in collaboration with ICRC. (Cash by ICRC : 10000MMK/person/month and Rice by WFP 23.385kg/person/cover 52 days)  WFP to meet with CMCs, Camp Management Agencies and GBV & PWG sector leads on e- money camp extension and SCOPE registration planning. Respective agencies are requested to join the meeting and suggest for better program implementation. Shelter TWiG WFP to share the  Mission for collecting lesson from two story shelter design will take place from 3-5 April with invitation to all partners KBC senior engineer and UNHCR Shelter and CCCM team to join meeting.  TWiG meeting will take place in April/May  Cluster Analysis Report for February shared with cluster partners and uploaded to the Shelter Cluster as well as MIMU website.

Next Shelter/NFI/CCCM cluster meeting will take place in May.
