AppliDis Fusion 4 vLab installation

Presentation AppliDis Fusion 4 vLab is a virtual environment made of a Microsoft Windows 2008 R2 server. After a simple and rapid installation, it will enable you to discover and experience the functionalities of AppliDis Fusion 4 SP2.

The two virtual machines have been created on VMWare’s ESX4 or ESXi hypervisor and they have been exported in the OVF format (Open Format). The Windows operating systems’ license have not been activated; therefore they will only be usable for a limited period of time. The minimum requirement to host the virtual machines is a system setup with 2 GB of RAM and compatible with 64 bits environments.

Note: AppliDis Fusion 4 vLab has been designed as a demonstration tool only and cannot in any case be used in a live environment. Systancia shall not be held liable for any handling errors in the use of the AppliDis Fusion 4 vLab virtual machine in a live environment.

Prerequisites You will find below the list of prerequisites:

Once downloaded and rebuilt, you will have 3 files for each virtual machine:  A MF file with the code SHA1 which controls the two other files.  An OVF file which contains the machine definition.  A VMDK file which contains the virtual machine’s hard drive.

Implementation on ESX This section describes how to import the virtual machines (VM) on two free environments that can run on a workstation. You can however choose other workstation or server environments to run AppliDis Fusion 4 vLab.
