Terms and Conditions Jakel - Ariani Raya Campaign (“Campaign”)

1. Definition 1.1 The Jakel – Ariani Raya Campaign (“Campaign”) is organized by AFFIN BANK BERHAD (25046-T) and AFFIN ISLAMIC Bank Berhad (709506-V). The Campaign is subject to the respective terms and conditions (“T&C”) set out herein. The following words and expression shall have the following meaning, unless the context otherwise requires: 1.1.1 “Bank” shall mean AFFIN BANK BERHAD (25046-T) and AFFIN ISLAMIC Bank Berhad (709506-V). 1.1.2 “Cardmember(s)” refers to holders of AFFINBANK and/or AFFIN ISLAMIC Credit Card/Credit Card-i and Debit Card or such other cards as may be issued by the Bank at any time and from time to time. 1.1.3 "AFFIN Cards" refers to AFFINBANK and/or AFFIN ISLAMIC Credit Card/Credit Card-i and Debit Card issued by the Bank.

2. Campaign Period 2.1 The Campaign is valid from 1 April 2018 to 30 June 2018 (both dates inclusive) or such other period(s) as may be determined by the Bank (“Campaign Period”).

3. Eligibility 3.1 The Campaign is open to all new and existing principal and supplementary Cardmember whose AFFIN Cards account is in good standing at all times during the Campaign Period (“Eligible Cardmember”).

4. Campaign Mechanics and Redemption Conditions 4.1 Eligible Cardmembers are required to spend a minimum of RM650 in a single receipt using the AFFIN Cards at participating Jakel or Ariani outlets in order to be eligible to redeem for a five (5) pieces Luminarc Flame drink set (“Gift”).

4.2 Redemption of Gift must be made on the same day of purchase at the outlet redemption counter. 4.3 For Gift redemption, Cardmembers are required to present their purchase receipt and the AFFIN Cards at the point of redemption. 4.4 Redemption of Gift is limited to one (1) Gift per day per Cardmember and subject to availability on a first-come-first-serve basis.

5. Adherence to the Campaign Terms & Conditions 5.1 All Eligible Cardmembers is required to adhere to the Campaign Terms and Conditions. 5.2 All Terms and Conditions stipulated herein are governed by and construed in accordance to the laws of and any legal disputes shall be commenced and heard in courts in Kuala Lumpur. 5.3 The Bank shall not be liable for any default in respect of the Campaign due to any event beyond the reasonable control of the Bank. 5.4 All matters related to the purchase except for payment thereof shall be arranged between the Cardmember and the merchant only. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Bank expressly excludes and disclaim any representations, warranties or endorsements including but not limited to quality, merchantability or fitness for any purposes or correctness of any description or specification in respect of any Product featured in any material and the Bank shall not be liable for any injury, loss, damages suffered arising from use of any Product. Product shall be addressed directly to the Supplier. The Bank shall not be responsible to process or make any refund. 5.5 The Eligible Cardmember has read and understood all the Terms and Conditions specified herein. The Bank reserves the right to change, amend and/or modify any of these Terms and Conditions by giving 21 calendar days prior notice via the Bank’s website at www.affinbank.com.my and www.affinislamic.com.my 5.6 By participating with this Campaign, Cardmember(s) agree to access the Bank’s website at www.affinbank.com.my or www.affinislamic.com.my on regular basis to view the terms and conditions and to ensure that they are kept-up-to-date with any changes or variations made to the terms and conditions. 5.7 By participating in the Campaign and by submitting personal details, the Cardmember(s) agree and consent to the processing of the Cardmember(s) personal data by the Bank and the Bank hereby agrees to collect it and use it for the purpose of the Campaign.
