===== ORDER:

Hosur New Town Development Area was notified and declared under sections 10 (1) and 10 (4) of Tamil Nadu Town and Country Planning Act, 1971 (Tamil Nadu Act 35 of 1972) in the Government orders 1st and 2nd read above respectively.

2. The Commissioner of Town and Country Planning in his letter read above has requested the Government to add certain villages to Hosur New Town Development Area, citing the population and industrial growth in and around Hosur New Town Development Area, under section 10 (1) (c) of Tamil Nadu Town and Country Planning Act, 1971.

3. The Government, after careful consideration of the above proposal of the Commissioner of Town and Country Planning have decided to declare the intention of the Government to include additional areas in the Hosur New Town Development Area. The appended Notification will be published in the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette.

4. The Collector of Krishnagiri District is directed to republish the Notification in the District Gazette.

5. The Director of Translation, Chennai-600 009, is directed to arrange to have the notification translated into Tamil and to forward the translation urgently to the Collector of Krishnagiri District under intimation to the Government.

6. The Collector of Krishnagiri is directed to report to the Government, the date of republication of the notification in the District Gazette.

NOTIFICATION.

In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (c) of sub-section (1) of section 10 of the Tamil Nadu Town and Country Planning Act, 1971 (Tamil Nadu Act 35 of 1972), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby declares his intention to include certain additional areas in the Hosur New Town Development Area and to make the following amendment to the Housing and Urban Development Department Notification No.II(2)/HOU/3317/79 published at page 295 of Part II-Section 2 of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette, dated the 6th June 1979:-

2. Notice is hereby given that the following draft amendment will be taken into consideration under sub-section (4) of the said section 10, on or after the expiry of two months from the date of publication of this Notification in the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette and that any objection or suggestion, which may be received from any inhabitant or any local authority or institution in the local areas, with respect thereto, before the expiry of the period aforesaid will be duly considered by the Government of Tamil Nadu. Objection or suggestion in writing, if any, should be addressed to the Secretary to Government, Housing and Urban Development Department, Secretariat, Fort Saint George, Chennai-600 009.
