United States Air Force Biography Technical Sergeant Jessica Senteno UNITED STATES AIR FORCE BIOGRAPHY TECHNICAL SERGEANT JESSICA SENTENO Technical Sergeant Jessica Senteno is the NCOIC, Personnel, Air Force Reserve Officer Training Corps Detachment 785, located at the University of Memphis in Memphis, Tennessee. She is responsible for cadre/cadet personnel records, oversees cadet physicals, enlistments, categorization and commissioning processes. TSgt Senteno graduated from Richmond High School, Richmond, Indiana in June 2000. She entered the Air Force in September 2000, and attended Basic Military Training at Lackland Air Force Base, TX. She also graduated from the Personnel Apprentice course at Keesler Air Force Base, Mississippi in February 2001. Throughout her career, she has filled various roles including the stand-up of the 55th Intelligence Support Squadron at Offutt Air Force Base, Nebraska. Her assignments include: Langley AFB, VA; Geilenkirchen NATO AB, Germany; and Offutt AFB, NE. Raised in an Army family, he graduated from Miami Southridge Senior High School in 1983 and attended the U.S. Air Force Academy Preparatory School in Colorado Springs, Colorado. He graduated from the U.S. Air Force Academy with Military Distinction and a degree in Astronautical Engineering in 1988. He is a Distinguished Graduate of Squadron Officer School as well as the College of Naval Command and Staff, where he received a Master’s Degree with Highest Distinction in National Security and Strategic Studies. He also holds a Master of Airpower Art and Science degree from the School of Advanced Airpower Studies, as well as a Master of Aerospace Science degree from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University. Lt Gen Plehn has extensive experience in joint, interagency, and special operations, including: Middle East Policy in the Office of the Secretary of Defense, the Joint Improvised Explosive Device Defeat Organization, and four tours at the Combatant Command level to include U.S. European Command, U.S. Central Command, and twice at U.S. Southern Command, where he was most recently the Military Deputy Commander.     BIOGRAPHY UNITED STATES AIR FORCE LIEUTENANT COLONEL DAVID LEE WEIDE Lieutenant Colonel Weide is the Commander of Air Force Reserve Officer Training Corps Detachment 450. He serves as the Department Head and Professor of Aerospace Studies at Montana State University in Bozeman, Montana. Lieutenant Colonel Weide is the senior Air Force officer at a geographically separated unit and is responsible for the administration of a college-level officer training program; ultimately determining who is commissioned in the US Air Force. He chairs the Aerospace Studies Department under the College of Engineering and instructs all-levels of Aerospace Studies courses including Air Force Fundamentals, Air Force History, Leadership and Management, senior-level courses on National Security Affairs, National Security Strategy and Preparation for Active Duty. Lieutenant Colonel Weide entered the Air Force in 1990 as an intelligence analyst providing ground-based air defense and electronic intelligence support to combatant commanders and aircrews. In 1998, he was commissioned as a distinguished graduate through the Reserve Officer Training Corps at Angelo State University in San Angelo, Texas.
