Dear colleagues the organizing committee would like to remind some details about organization of THE FIRST INTERNATIONAL SEMINAR A ND PhD WORKSHOP and present new options. Please find a time to look on the next:

1. ACC OMODATION AND FOOD AT “UROZERO”

All participants will be transferred and accommodated in double room comfort cottage house.

Because of economic reason total price per day (include 3 times food supply) at Urozero from 15 of June till 31 of December was increased by Urozero owners on 90 Rubles and NOW

Total price per day (include 3 time food supply) costs 2090 Rubles for one person (old price was 2000 Rubles).

The Organizing committee apologies about inconvenience!

Participants will be transferred from and back to Petrozavodsk.

Please let the Organizing Committee know about preferences in food (vegetarian or else) or food allergy in you registration form.

2. REGISTRATION FEE AND SOCIAL EVENTS

REGISTRATION FEE FOR:

Participants - 200 Euro,

PhD students – 100 Euro

The registration fee covers following:

• symposium bag and packages,

• book of Programme,

• welcome reception,

• coffee/tea breaks,

• welcome evening party,

• excursion to Petrozavodsk,

• Seminar transfer.

NEW: All participants are welcome to Evening party where everyone will have time to chart with colleagues, relax and enjoy.

The Organizing committee and Petrozavodsk Tourist Company organize Guided excursion to Petrozavodsk at the second day of seminar. Participants will have opportunity to sightsee some city pride places as Petrozavodsk embankment, Kirova and Lenina street, Russian Drama and Music theatre, national Finnish theatre and others after you will have 2 hours for free time before come back to Urozero.

Registration fee are to be paid at the registration desk to Svetlana A. Murzina.

Welcome evening party date and time will be announced later.

4. PUBLICATIONS

A Book of short papers will eventually be published based on the themes of presentations after the Seminar . The short papers/ abstracts must be sent to responsible person Svetlana A. Murzina by e-mail: [email protected] within August 01., 2010. The title of presentation and the short paper have to be coincided. The Organizing Committee does not suppose to publish an Abstract Book available at the meeting.

Abstract style:

• Abstract volume – from 0, 5 to 5 sheets • MS Word for Windows 95 or later edition; • Font Times New Roman 12 ppt, single spacing, tabulation 1 cm; • Margins: 3 cm LEFT, 1,5 cm RIGHT, 2 cm TOP and 2 cm BOTTOM; • 1 – 2 Tables and/or 1 – 2 Pictures are admitted; • Please send pictures separately from the abstract text as attached file;

5. PASSPORT AND VISA:

Most foreign participants will need visa to enter Russia. Please contact the local authorities for visa information/request. The Organising Committee will arrange the invitation for all such persons. The participants are expected to send copies of their valid passport including information as:

1. First and Family name 2. Date and place of birth 3. Sex 4. Nationality/Citizenship 5. Passport number, date of issue and expiry date 6. Position (profession) 7. Work place (office employer’s address, telephone, fax, e-mail) 8. Date of arrival and departure 9. Where you expect to get visa (city with Russian Consulate)

The Organizing Committee will inform you immediately when invitations are ready and send it to your postal address. After that you can contact with the Consulate to get visa.

6. COMMON INFORMATION

The organizing committee received 34 registration forms from , Petrozavodsk, Arkhangelsk, Yaroslavl, , , and Vladivostok.
