1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the London Borough of Ealing (“the Council”) proposes to make the above mentioned Orders under sections 6, 45, 46, 49 and 124 of and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended.

2. The general effect of the Waiting Restriction Order would be to impose waiting restrictions which would apply at any time in the lengths of Blondin Avenue, Derley Road and Reading Road detailed in the Schedule to this Notice.

3. The general effect of the Parking Places Orders would be to (a) convert a 17 metre length of a permit parking place in Adelaide Road (east side by Inverness Road) to provide 3 free limited time bays available for a maximum of 1 hours parking with no return permitted for 1 hour ; (b) provide a length of free parking with all 4 wheels on the footway on a length of Southall between the party wall of Nos. 208/210 to No. 182; The waiting restrictions on this length of Uxbridge Road would be limited to the carriageway of the road along this length; (c) remove a permit parking place outside No. 31 Blondin Avenue to allow access to No.31 (d) provide an additional permit holder parking space in The Avenue W4 outside No. 36 and two additional permit holder spaces in Saville Road outside Nos.4 and 6; (e) remove a loading parking place in Derley Road near Western Road.

4. The Orders, other documents giving more detailed particulars of the Orders, are available for inspection at Customer Services Reception, Perceval House, 14-16 Uxbridge Road W5 2HL between 9:00am and 4:45pm on Monday to Friday, until 6 weeks have elapsed from the date on which either the Orders are made or the Council decides not to make the Orders.

6. Any objections or other representations about any of the proposed Orders should be sent in writing to the Highways Service, Perceval House, 14-16 Uxbridge Road W5 2HL, quoting reference ORD 3728/djc until the 23rd April 2013. All objections must specify the grounds on which they are made.

SCHEDULE (No waiting at any time)

Blondin Avenue the south-east side, between a point 29 metres south-west of the common boundary of Nos. 21 and 23 Blondin Avenue and a point 3.7 metres south-west of a point opposite the north-eastern wall of No. 33 Blondin Avenue

Derley Road both sides, between a point ****metres north-west of the north-western kerb-line of Western Road and a point 38.40 metres north-west of that kerb-line.

Reading Road the north side, between a point 4.8 metres north-west of a point opposite the north-western wall of No. 8 Dorchester Road and a point 4 metres south-east of a point opposite the north-western wall of No. 10 Dorchester Road.
