Footnotes DULLAHAN unprepared at the start, was unhurried for a half off the inside, moved to the rail when making a mile run with three furlongs to go, angled out entering the stretch and closed fast to be clear. HANSEN sprinted clear, set the pace near the rail, repulsed a bid by GUNG HO near the three furlong marker, drew clear into the stretch and held on gamely while not able to contain the winner late. GUNG HO close up early along the inside, angled out a bit on the backstretch, made a run at the leader with three furlongs to go, stayed on well to the stretch and tired. HOLY CANDY bumped at the start, was outrun for a half, moved up five wide on the second turn and finished willingly late. HOWE GREAT within striking distance off the inside, stayed on well to the final furlong and lacked a closing bid. PROSPECTIVE out sprinted early, raced four wide with three furlongs to go and lacked a late bid. HEAVY BREATHING within reach along the inside, maintained good position but failed to respond in the stretch. MIDNIGHT CROONER drifted out at the start and bumped HOLY CANDY, was straightened to race close up four wide, moved in a path for the second turn but weakened. SCATMAN five wide leaving the first turn when within striking distance, held on well for six furlongs and tired. EVER SO LUCKY out sprinted early three wide, failed to threaten. RUSSIAN GREEK unprepared at the start, was outrun and never threatened. POLITICALLYCORRECT closest to the pace three wide, held on well for five furlongs and faded. HERO OF ORDER made an early five wide move, reached closest to the pace before a half, held on off six furlongs and stopped.
