College Creek Media, LLC ("College Creek") I, permittee of Station KPHD(FM), Elko, Nevada, by its counsel, hereby supplements the record in this proceeding to report a change in ownership for three of the stations involved in this proceeding and to provide statements reaffirming their intereslt in the proposals and, where applicable, their obligation to reimburse 2 College Creek propos_cd the substitution ofChannel 249C for 248C and the change in community of license for Station KPHD(FM) from Elko, Nevada to Melba, Idaho. College Creek also proposed the allotment of Channel 247C3 at Owyhee, Nevada. College Creek hereby affirms that it will file an application for KPHD at Melba and for a new station at Owyhee ifthis proposal is adopted and construct the facilities as authorized. 1 On Nov. 29, 2006, College Creek Media,. LLC became the pennittee of Station KPHD(FM) pursuant to BALH­ 20060918ADM. 2 This supplemental information is being provided in response to a request from Commission staff. As a result, a motion to file the supplement is not needed. See Section 1.415(d) ofthe Commission's Rules. ~---~-_.-_.------­ • rll 2. College Creek was previously the pennittee of Station KTPD(FM), Hazelton, Idaho. That station was sold to Locally Owned Radio, LLC ("LOR") and the call sign changed to KTPZ(FM) (BAPH-2005I 206AEU). The sale was consummated on September 8, 2006. The College Creek proposal was to substitute Channel 224C3 for 232C3 at Hazelton at its current site. As an attachment to this Supplement, LOR provides a statement consenting to the channel change, as proposed, subject to being reimbursed by College Creek. College Creek hereby states that it will reimburse LOR for the proposed channel change pursuant to Commission policy set forth in Circleville, OH, 8 FCC 2d 159(1967). 3. Station KSAS-FM, Caldwell, Idaho, has been sold to Peak Broadcasting of Boise Licenses, LLC ("Peak"). On October 13,2006, the Commission issued an Order to Show Cause to Citicasters Licenses L.P., then the licensee of Station KSAS-FM. On June 28, 2007, Peak became the licensee (BALH-20070306ACD). Peak is deemed to have notice ofthe proposal to change the channel for Station KSAS-FM from Channel 277C to 278C at its current site. See Public Notice of August 3, 2006, Report No. 2785 and Order to Show Cause. supra. College Creek hereby states that it will reimburse Peak for the channel change in accordance with Circleville, OH, supra. Peak is being served with this Supplement. 4. College Creek's pred'ecessor previously stated that it would reimburse the licensees of Stations KRJC(FM), Elko, Nevada, KSKI-FM, Sun Valley, Idaho, KSRA-FM, Salmon, Idaho, KEZQ(FM), West Yellowstone, Montana, KQFC(FM), Boise, Idaho, and KMVX-FM, Jerome, Idaho, for the changes proposed to each station. 3 College Creek has entered into agreements with these licensees. Despite the change in the College Creek entity, J That reimbursement pledge also included the licensees of Station KORT-FM, Grangeville, Idaho, KRRL(FM), Walla Walla, Washington, and KGSG(FM), Pasco, Washington. However those stations are no longer involved in the proposal.
