In 12 seasons, Johnson and the Badgers have shattered both school and national records. Johnson has established Wisconsin’s rank among the elite in college women’s hockey. Under his direction, Wisconsin has compiled four NCAA titles, five Western Collegiate Hockey Association playoff titles and four WCHA regular-season crowns. Johnson and the Badgers were the first team ever to land in the NCAA championship game in four consecutive seasons, winning the title three times (2006, 2007, 2009). „„ A four-time American Hockey Coaches’ Association Division I Coach of the Year, Johnson led the Badgers to their fourth national title in 2010-11 while posting a 37-2-2 record, setting a then-NCAA record for most wins in a single season.
