Beloved, come to meet the bride; beloved, come to greet Shabbat. "Keep" and "Remember": a single command the Only God caused us to hear; the Eternal is One, God's name is One; God's our honor and glory and praise. Awake, awake, your light has come! Arise, shine, awake and sing: the Eternal's glory dawns upon you. Enter in peace, O crown of your husband; enter in gladness, enter in joy. Come to the people that keeps its faith. Enter, O bride! Enter, O bride!

Kiddush ause And there was evening and there was morning, the sixth day. The heaven and the earth were finished, and all their array. On the seventh day God finished the work that God had been doing, and God ceased on the seventh day from all the work that God had done. And God blessed the seventh day and declared it holy, because on it God ceased from all the work of creation that God had done.

Light and darkness, night and day; We marvel at the mystery of stars. Moon and sky, sand and sea; We marvel at the mystery of sun. Twilight, high noon, dusk, and dawn; Though we are mortal, we are creation’s crown. Flesh and bone, steel and stone; We dwell in fragile, temporary shelters. Grant steadfast love, compassion, grace; Sustain us, O God - our origin is dust. Majesty, mercy, love endure; We are but little lower than the angels. Resplendent skies, sunset, sunrise; The grandeur of creation lifts our lives. Evening darkness, morning dawn; Renew our lives as You renew all time. Jules Harlow

Miriam's Song Music and Lyrics by Deborah Lynn Friedman Chorus: And the women dancing with their timbrels Followed Miriam as she sang her song Sing a song to the One whom we've exalted. Miriam and the women danced and danced the whole night long.
And Miriam was a weaver of unique variety. The tapestry she wove was one which sang our history. With every thread and every strand she crafted her delight. A woman touched with spirit, she dances toward the light. (Chorus)
As Miriam stood upon the shores and gazed across the sea, The wonder of this miracle she soon came to believe. Whoever thought the sea would part with an outstretched hand, And we would pass to freedom, and march to the promised land. (Chorus)
And Miriam the Prophet took her timbrel in her hand, And all the women followed her just as she had planned. And Miriam raised her voice with song. She sang with praise and might, We've just lived through a miracle, we're going to dance tonight. (Chorus)

Exalted and hallowed be God’s great name in the world which God created, according to plan. May God’s majesty be revealed in the days of our lifetime and the life of all Israel – speedily, imminently, to which we say Amen. Blessed be God’s great name to all eternity. Blessed, praised, honored, exalted, extolled, glorified, adored, and lauded be the name of the Holy Blessed One, beyond all earthly words and songs of blessing, praise, and comfort. To which we say Amen. May there be abundant peace from heaven, and life, for us and all Israel.
12 To which we say Amen. May the One who creates harmony on high, bring peace to us and to all Israel. To which we say Amen. Let the glory of God be extolled, let God's great name be hallowed, in the world whose creation God willed. May God's kingdom soon prevail, in our own day, our own lives, and the life of all Israel, and let us say: Amen. Let God's great name be blessed for ever and ever. Let the name of the Holy One, blessed is God, be glorified, exalted, and honored, though God is beyond all the praises, songs, and adorations that we can utter, and let us say: Amen. For us and for all Israel, may the blessing of peace and the promise of life come true, and let us say: Amen. May God who causes peace to reign in the high heavens, let peace descend on us, on all Israel, and all the world, and let us say: Amen. Gates of Prayer 630
