Sunday 29th March 2015

The Stewards, having heard evidence from V8 trust/Erebus Motorsport Pty Ltd, Walkinshaw Performance and Jason Bargwanna (DSO) and reviewing footage found that the standard of driving of Car #22, James Courtney was not careless. The protest was dismissed.

Following an investigation the Stewards imposed a Pit Lane Penalty on Car #888, for causing contact on Car #55, David Reynolds at Turn 2 on Lap 1.

Matter arising from Qualifying for Race 4

Following an investigation the Stewards imposed a 2 Grid Spot penalty in Race 4 on Car #97, for causing contact on Car #4, Ash Walsh.

STEWARDS SUMMARY OF PENALTIES Matters arising from Race 4

Following an investigation the Stewards imposed a Pit Lane Penalty on Car #18, Lee Holdsworth for causing contact on Car #7, Todd Kelly at Turn 4 on Lap 3.

IO investigated the contact between Cars #22, James Courtney and Car #9, at Turn 4 on Lap 1. No breach of the rules established.

Stewards have received a protest from Erebus Motorsport V8 trust/Erebus Motorsport Pty Ltd concerning the collision between Cars #22, James Courtney and #9 Will Davison at Turn 4 Lap 1 following the decision of the IO/DSO to take no further action. Protest Hearing has been scheduled for 0830hrs, Sunday 29th March 2015.

Matters arising from Race 5

IO investigated the contact between Cars #99, James Moffat and Car #4, Ash Walsh. No breach of the rules established.

Friday 27th March 2015

Matters arising from Practice Part 1

Andre Heimgartner Car #111 was fined $350 for exceeding the Pit Lane speed limit, recording a speed of 46kph on the Pit Lane Speed Report (timing loop).

After an investigation and admission by Car #4, Ash Walsh that he failed to comply with Schedule D3 Rule 2.2.1, disobeying Red Flag, the Stewards imposed a fine of $5000 with $2000 suspended until 31.12.2015.

Matters arising from Practice Part 2

After an investigation and admission by Prodrive Racing (Australia) Pty Ltd, that they failed to comply with Rule D12.7.3, Car #6 was not completely free of equipment before leaving the Pit Bay, the Stewards imposed a fine of $2000.
