Frankfurt, Germany, Tuesday 9th May – Kerry Logistics Network Limited (‘Kerry Logistics’; Stock Code 636.HK), Asia’s leading logistics service provider, has signed with Tuvia Group, Italian holding company, an agreement for the acquisition of the majority stake of Tuvia Italia S.p.A. as part of its ongoing expansion in Europe.

Tuvia Italia S.p.A. is amongst the most dynamic companies in the field of air, maritime, land, multimodal shipments, and integrated logistics in Italy. Headquartered in Milan with ofices in Verona, Venice, Trieste, and Nerviano, the company manages over 25,000 square metres of logistics facilities.
