You must meet the state’s eligibility requirements which are changing to include more people. Make sure to double check. New Homes in Glenville Many residents have noticed new homes and townhouses going up in vacant lots in the neighborhood. This is great news for our community. Homes are being built where nearly 38 percent of the parcels in Glenville were vacant and have been vacant for over 20 to 30 years. Also great news is the planned redevelopment of the old Hough Bakery headquarters, which sits empty in both Cleveland and East Cleveland at the corner of Lakeview Road and Wade Park.
