LUMINARIA TABLE • Purchase and decorate luminaria bags here • Pick up and decorate bags purchased online here • White bags $10, purple bags $15, gold bags $25 • Can be purchased until 11pm, but NOT during Luminaria ceremony • Participants are invited to place their luminaria bags along the track to be lit for the Luminaria ceremony (will be lit by leadership staff). • If you would like to take your luminaria bags home, please return the contents of the bag to the check in area. FOOD TENT • Must have a food pass to enter • Open throughout the night—first come first serve o 7pm: Chanello’s Pizza o 7:30pm: Chick Fil A o 8pm: Tropical Smoothie o 8:30pm: Chick Fil A o 9pm: Jimmy Johns o 9:30pm: Domino’s Pizza o After midnight: Bojangles, Campus Cookies, cupcakes, and more! • Food trucks: 11pm-2:30am, no food pass required! FUNDRAISING TENT • If you are a top 50 team, pick up your team sign here! • Can submit check donations and credit/debit cards through FUNdraising app (free!) o Donations can be allocated to the event, team, or individual o Checks made out to American Cancer Society • If not using app, turn in cash and check donations to accounting/logistics tent • Free PULP smoothies here! Survivor Information

Survivor Banquet for those who have already RSVP’d • Located in the Bridgeforth Stadium Club Room • From 4-5:45pm • Parking in the 4th level of Champions Parking Deck, no need for passes • Feel free to drive over after the banquet for the event at Hillside Field Check-in Information • Check-in will occur at the Banquet for those in attendance • If they do not attend the Banquet, there will be a check-in tent in front of TDU • Check-in starts at 4pm • Will receive: o Survivor Shirt o A Survivor Gift Bag o Food bracelet for unlimited food throughout the night at the food tent Survivor and Caregiver Lap • Portion of the opening ceremony, meet at the Main Stage at 5:45pm Virtual Survivors • If you are a participant and registered a virtual survivor, please pick up their shirt and gifts at Check-in. • Feel free to walk the Survivor Lap in place of them Call or text Amy Upchurch with any questions!
